全年轉盈淨賺461萬 WINTONI集團交投破億

（吉隆坡4日訊）WINTONI集團（WINTONI，0141，創業板科技股）2014財年全年轉虧為盈，淨賺461萬令吉，穩定投資者信心，今日在買盤帶動下，股價一度起3仙或13%至26仙，交投火熱高居10大熱門股榜。
該股今早開市時，微揚0.5仙以23.5仙迎市，早盤穩步走高，短短1個小時在買盤帶動下攀抵26仙，逼近52週新高27.5仙水平，休市時掛24仙，起1仙，交投火紅位居10大熱門股榜，半日計有4896萬6000股易手。
午盤間，WINTONI集團仍在25仙水平線遊走，閉市起2.25仙，收在25.5仙，成交量高達1億773萬1100股。
該公司上週五（27日）宣佈2014財年末季財報，全年終轉虧為盈，淨賺461萬4000令吉；相比去年同期則虧290萬令吉。全年營業額按年起54%，至2561萬令吉，每股盈利為0.9仙，上財年則虧0.88仙。 |

WINTONI委新主席 郑博毅调任董事

（吉隆坡4日讯）WINTONI（WINTONI，0141，创业板）宣布，委任拿督凯鲁丁中将为主席，原任主席郑博毅则调任为董事。
根据文告，现年66岁的凯鲁丁在退休后，就一直忙碌于企业和商业领域。
目前，他也是多层行销业务（MLM）公司MXB国际控股，和OLINUS安全服务的主席和董事。
此前，他是在1967年展开军事生涯，期间，也从少尉获调升至中将。
而郑博毅则是NEXGRAM（NEXGRAM，0096，创业板）创办人之一，持有该公司2309万股。【南洋网财经】

交易所劝告 谨慎交易昱昇

（吉隆坡12日讯）大马交易所针对近期大幅上涨的昱昇科技（WINTONI，0141，创业板）发出劝告，吁请投资者谨慎交易该公司的股票以及凭单。
大马交易所表示，曾在2月26日，对该公司发出不寻常市场活动（UMA）询问，唯该公司当时的答覆，仅表示对股价不寻常上涨的原因不知情。
此外，该文告也指出，儘管昱昇科技已经宣布最新季度的业绩表现，但是大马交易所还是奉劝投资者，谨慎交易该公司的股票和凭单。
「大马交易所將毫不犹豫地採取適当的监管措施，以確保昱昇科技和昱昇科技-WA的交易公平、有序。」
昱昇科技股价自2月5日起的0.07令吉，节节上涨至今日的0.395令吉，飆升464.29%或32.5仙，今日成交量更高达1亿1916万零400股，是全场第3大热门股。

交易所示警‧昱登尼驚跌

（吉隆坡13日訊）大馬交易所提醒投資者謹慎交易昱登尼（WINTONI,0141,創業板科技組）及憑單（WINTONI-WA），同時將毫不猶豫地採取適當的監管行動以確保昱登尼及其憑單公平有序交易。
大馬交易所在文告中表示，昱登尼母股及憑單近期價格激升，該公司在2月26日回應大馬交易所的質詢時，證實該公司對股價不尋常交易的原因毫不知情。
交易所表示，雖然昱登尼近期公佈季度業績，投資者在交易該股及憑單時宜謹慎和作出明智決定。
一度跌5.5仙
在交易所於昨日發出警戒之後，由於投資者擔心交易所可能展開指定股的交易限制，昱登尼股價回軟，今日一度跌5.5仙跌至34仙，閉市時下滑2.5仙或6.33%至37仙，成交量1億1千447萬9千600股，為全場第四大熱門股。
昱登尼憑單則跌3仙或8.22%至33.5仙，全日共842萬2千張易手。
該股昨日大漲5仙或14.49%至39.5仙，成交量高達1億1千916萬股，為全場第三熱門股。憑單則升4.5仙至36.5仙。
昱登尼截至去年12月杪的全年業績轉虧為盈，淨利461萬令吉，前一年為虧損290萬令吉。（ 星洲日報／財經） |

不过从过年前几分钱升到几毛也是够力~
