邁德資源獲3700萬合約
吉隆坡）邁德資源（MINETEC,7219,二板貿服組）獲頒為期3年，總值3700萬令吉的合約，在彭亨州Kg Sungai Koyan附近的金礦工程，進行廢物處理、礦砂運送及相關工作。
文告指出，獨資子公司邁德建築私人有限公司獲得這項合約，期限是36個月，可選擇延長12個月至最多60個月，惟條例須獲雙方同意。
邁德資源預計此合約能為公司的盈利作出正面貢獻。

買進顯著股權‧和合前大股東捲土重來
（吉隆坡）和合建築（HOHUP,5169,主板建筑組）前大股東拿督賴逸祥（音譯）可捲能土重來，以透過這家建築公司為其產業資產加分。
根據《The Edge》報導，賴逸祥配偶拿汀維妮達蜜透過名為Extreme系統的公司買進和合建築的顯著股權。
大馬股票交易所資料顯示，截至6月13日止，Extreme系統握有和合建築的2566萬股，憑藉這批為數25.16%的股權崛起成為最大股東。
據悉，Extreme系統的股東分別是拿汀維妮達蜜、拿督阿里慕沙與希山慕汀。
雖然去年9月賴逸祥曾經收購和合建築的一批687萬股或6.74%股權，但卻在一個月後賣出這批股票。
儘管和合建築連年虧損，目前也因無法依時發佈2006財政年業績報告，而申請展延原定於6月杪召開的股東常年大會，但是相信賴逸祥看中的是該公司的武吉加里爾地庫等資產。
賴逸祥握有產業發展公司麥納首要（MAGNA,7617,二板建筑組）的3.24%股權，以及礦業公司邁德資源（MINETEC,7219,二板貿服組）的7.35%股權，參股和合建築能為這些資產達到協同效應。
連續虧損兩年
和合建築連續虧損兩年，2007財政年虧損更從前期的3510萬令吉惡化至4436萬令吉。
此前，和合建築主要依賴前大股東UEM集團提供建築合約，包括南北大道、武吉加里爾國家體育館、布特拉輕快鐵等。不過，UEM集團2004年起逐步淡出和合建築，5月更脫離大股東行列。

迈德资源净利误差55%

（吉隆坡28日讯）迈德资源（Minetec，7219，主板贸服股）截至2011年12月31日全年净利，经过审计后误差逾55%。

迈德资源向马交所报备，之前公布的净利为65万6000令吉，经审计后宣布应为101万7000令吉，误差率为55%。

董事局在文告中指出，上述误差率主要是因为旗下子公司提供的税务多算1万8000令吉，以及税前盈利因外汇损失计算有误，而从100万令吉增加至134万3000令吉。

“我们重新评估国外业务后，发现外汇亏损没有未审计前的多，所以税前盈利也随之增加。”[Nanyang]

邁德獲1669萬合約

（吉隆坡25日訊）邁德資源（MINETEC，7219，主要板貿易）宣佈，獲得馬礦業金務大（MMC-Gamuda）頒發建設和完成地下挖掘工作及岩體加固工程合約總值2946萬4133令吉，期限至2013年5月底。

該公司向馬交所報備，旗下子公司邁德資源建築有限公司獲馬礦業金務大KVMRT私人有限公司頒的合約為，提供所有臨時及配套工程，包括蕉賴馬魯里葛京捷運系統計劃，和雙溪毛糯至加影捷運地下工程配套。[ChinaPress]

遭採石廠業主勒令停業‧邁德資源將採法律行動

（吉隆坡8日訊）邁德資源（MINETEC，7219，主板貿服組）獨資子公司已受採石廠業主勒令60天內停業，已徵詢律師意見而將採取必要法律行動挑戰停業行動。

文告說，獨資子公司Optimis Dinamik有限公司於2012年12月24日，接獲採石廠業主士里曼絨花崗石廠有限公司（SMGQ）之令，並限令60天內停止營運，拆廠與搬走機器，廠址空置後歸還業主。

上述營運在截至2012年9月第三季，貢獻總營業額1億1千400萬令吉的1千430萬令吉或12.5%，或佔總盈利610萬吉的210萬令吉（34.4%）；經與律師協商並認為停業令無由，決採取法律行動挑戰上述停業行動。（星洲日報／財經）

MRB would like to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary Optimis Dinamik Sdn. Bhd. has received a letter dated 20 December 2012 from Sri Manjung Granite Quarry Sdn. Bhd. (“SMGQ”), the owner of quarry sites located at Mukim Pengkalan Baru, Daerah Manjung, Perak (“Quarry Sites”) on 24 December 2012, giving 60 days’ notice to cease any remaining operation or activity on the Quarry Sites and to dismantle and remove all plant and machinery and vacate all buildings and structures at the Quarry Sites and return the Quarry Sites to SMGQ. Based on the preliminary assessment of currently available information, Manjung Quarry has contributed to MRB Group on the revenue as well as its gross profit. For the third quarter ended 30 September 2012, Manjung Quarry contributed RM14.3 million (12.5%) of the total revenue of RM114 million to the MRB Group, and gross profit of RM2.1 million (34.4%) of the total gross profit of RM6.1 million to the MRB Group. Based on the advice given by its legal counsels, the Company is strongly contesting the purported termination as it is wrongful and without any valid basis. The Company has instructed its legal counsels to immediately initiate all necessary legal actions to challenge the purported termination of contract. This announcement is dated 8 January 2013.

Description	We refer to the announcement dated 8 January 2013 and the query letter dated 10 January 2013 (Ref: NM-130110-38374) from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in relation to the subject matter. The Company wishes to announce the following additional information:- 1.        Details of the Circumstances leading to the termination of the Contract On 28 March 2006, Optimis Dinamik Sdn. Bhd. (“ODSB”),a wholly-owned subsidiary of Minetech Quarries Sdn. Bhd., which in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of MRB had entered an agreement with Sri Manjung Granite Quarry Sdn. Bhd. (“SMGQ”) whereby SMGQ grants ODSB the sole and exclusive right to develop, maintain and operate the quarry lands at Mukim Pengkalan Baru, Daerah Manjung (“Quarry Sites”) measuring approximately 65 hectares for the purpose of sale of the quarry product. Under the Agreement, SMGQ shall grant ODSB the full liberty of the Quarry Sites for the purpose of working a quarry, conducting ancillary and related activities and for stockpiling of quarry material and other ancillary activities including but not limited to removal of overburden, excavate, quarry, dig, work and win rock materials and any other items as may be necessary for the purpose of carrying out quarry operations. ODSB also has full liberty to establish and undertake premix operations on the Quarry Sites. The Agreement shall be for a term of fifteen (15) years with the option to extend for a further period of five (5) years on the terms and conditions to be mutually agreed. On 19 November 2012,ODSB received a termination notification from SMGQ’s legal representative due to ODSB had breached the terms and conditions i.e. by using unregistered lorries and employing illegal workers and requested ODSB immediately stop of operations and return the Quarry Sites to SMGQ. In our legal opinion, the alleged breach which was easily rectified does not invoke a termination of the Agreement. The said notification enclosed a copy of the letter dated 29 October 2012 from Pejabat Hutan Daerah, Kinta/Manjung (“PHDK”), which ODSB did not receive prior to 19 November 2012, stating that ODSB has breached the terms and conditions set by Ministry of Forestry, Perak. The Company is challenging the abovementioned notice of termination as baseless and wrongful in view that the above breached of terms and conditions have been rectified immediately upon receiving the notice. 2.        Financial and Operation Impact of the termination on MRB Group The operational impact to the MRB Group will be limited as the manpower will be utilised for other existing quarry sites and new activities. At this time, it is not possible for the Company to assess what, if any, is the financial impact of the purported termination of the Agreement. This is particularly so, as the Company does not accept the termination of the Agreement as being valid. The Company shall take all steps to enforce its rights pursuant to the Agreement including taking steps to declare the termination as invalid. Accordingly, the Company is unable to provide more details pertaining to the financial impact or losses, if any, that may be suffered by the Company at this moment. 3.        Rights available to MRB upon termination under the agreement/arrangement with Sri Manjung Granite Quarry Sdn. Bhd. The Company, through its legal counsels is in the midst of initiating the necessary legal actions to dispute the validity of this termination of the Agreement. 邁德資源獲3497萬合約

（吉隆坡15日訊）邁德資源（MINETEC，7219，主要板貿易）獲總值3497萬令吉的瀝青唐瓷（bitumen enamel）和底漆（primer）供應合約。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，子公司邁德韓國石油工業有限公司已與印尼 PT Bredero Shaw 和大馬Bredero Shaw 簽署購買合約，供應並運輸瀝青唐瓷和底漆。

文告指出，印尼和大馬兩家公司頒發的合約總值分別為2726萬5100令吉及770萬4600令吉，預計將貢獻至未來盈利。

印尼公司合約將在2013年8月底前到期，大馬公司供應合約則會在9月底到期。[中国报财经]
