VB 2008 Express 安装问题

Install visual basic 2008 express edition的时候， 出现以下message:

Error occured during setup

The following components could not be downloaded:

Visual C++ Runtime Pre-requisites

Setup cancelled automatically because a component could not be downloaded.

..................

请问有人遇到这样的问题吗？

请问要怎样做呢？

我download 了 full installer, 以上的问题就不再出现了， 可是又出现了另一个问题。

Setup could not install the following component:

Microsoft Windows SDK for Visual Studio 2008 SP1 Express Tools
for .NET Framework (x86) – enu

我找过google, 试了很多方法还是解决不到。
请问这里有人遇过类似的问题吗？

请帮帮忙。。。。
