MNC 無線續強化核心業務

（吉隆坡30日訊）連續虧損6年的MNC無線（MNC,0103,創業板科技組），擬繼續強化其核心業務，並同時提高公司成本效益來走出虧損窘境。
該公司代首席執行員李慧莉於股東大會後向媒體表示，公司在2012年著重研發工作，於是年杪取得突破，並已將產品推出市場，希望能獲得消費者的青睞。
隨著該公司推出新產品，她披露現財政年將繼續加強行銷活動，希望藉此吸引更多的顧客，爭取更多零售企業（B2C）業務客戶。
此外，李慧莉也強調公司不會忽略企業對企業（B2B）的業務，將為顧客提供更高素質的應用程式，此舉不僅為了保留現有的客戶，且是為了瞄準中小型企業市場而埋下的伏筆。
針對公司的財政，她坦言資產負債表仍不理想，但公司擁有良好工作團隊的優勢，相信來日有助於精簡現有財務、提高成本效益，進而加強資產負債表。
MNC無線自2006財政年起陷於虧損泥沼，2012財政年虧損更擴張564.59%至384萬8千令吉，乃過去6年最高，營業額亦下挫10.29%至1千353萬9千令吉，為過去4年最低。（星洲日報／財經） |

（吉隆坡27日讯）MNC 无线（MNC，0103，创业板）共持有10.13%的股东要求召开股东特别大会，罢免5位公司董事。
MNC 无线两位股东———何祖兴和叶晓健（皆译音），提出罢免公司董事———杨英江、朱伟杰、陈英贺、许国平、李锦春（皆译音）的要求。
同时，何祖兴和叶晓健也建议，一同与周伟平和纪诗伟担任公司的董事。
