可是不得不佩服他老板炒股的能力，从2块多炒到5块多，再放些不利消息将股价拉跌到3块多，趁低时sharebuyback吸入，再拉高到4.50左右，然后又在拉跌到3.85，趁低吸入后，再次炒高到4.50

吉隆坡：公司的Mudajaya有限公司，最近正在审议其印度过来的独立电力项目股份，看到尾盘股价反弹至近4周RM4.48高点， 9月3日。

其股价上涨53仙至RM4.48与9650000进行股票，利息，股票也由每股回购刺激。

Mudajaya的股票价格和交易量猛增了近30分钟的交易。在下午4时31分，它的股价RM4.17 ，上涨22仙与547万的股票进行。晚买看到股价又飙升31仙至RM4.48 ，而总容量近一倍，达到9650000股。

Mudajaya还透露说，它已回购了总的RM394 ，在从RM3.86至RM3.90价格584 100 800股

From some insider:
Mudajaya received confirmation from the SC today that the querry on the Indian IPP venture, triggered by the poison letter, has been concluded.

Management received feedback from the SC's surveilance team that "Mudajaya has satisfactorily responded to the querries (which was announced to Bursa recently) and no action will be taken against the group with respect to the claims made by the poison letter"

We are not able to confirm whether the SC will make an official statement on this outcome, however, the SC has given the nod for Mudajaya to inform the market on the status of the querry.

This long-awaited outcome is a positive development and should put to rest the concerns over the Indian IPP venture. This reaffirms management's guidance from the beginning that there should be no major issues. The SC's closure on this matter also vindicates management's earlier stance,
questioning the credibility, content and motive of the poison letter.
Investors should view this news positively. Before news of the SC querry and poison letter broke-out a couple of weeks back, the stock hit an all-time high of RM6.10. The stock has since shed RM830m in market cap. The share price has already bounced-back 20 sen today, likely on rumour of
this positive outcome. Management's confirmation of SC's response should trigger further re-rating.
