我们认为OKA在大马半岛佔有巩固地位，在我国不断推出的基础设施发展计划有潜带动该公司取得更高的收入。

据早前报导，优乐家集团（KEURO，3565，主要板建筑）子公司，即西海岸大道（WCE）私人有限公司接获政府的信函通知，授予5年时间完成西海岸大道（WCE）工程。

工程料將在4月展开，並在3年后竣工。

我们看好OKA（OKA，7140，主要板工业）或有机会收益于上述工程，负责提供西海岸大道污水系统的管道和排水道。

上述各因素促使我们上调OKA 2014至2015財年净利预测达7%至15%；同时也上调同期营业额预测达1至3%；2013至2015財年期间盈利料可录得44.8%年复成长率（CAGR）

该公司表示，股票拆细之后，股价也隨之调整，更多的投资者將有能力购买公司的股票，进而提升流通量。

截至2月28日，该公司的缴足资本为6091万3000令吉，由同样数量的股票组成，完成分拆之后，公司的股票数额將增至1亿2182万6000股，资本则保持不变。

（吉隆坡10日訊）OKA機構（OKA,7140,主板工業產品組）建議1變2拆細股票，每股面值從1令吉減至50仙，將股本從6千零90萬股擴大至1億2千180萬股，資本額保持為6千零90萬令吉。

分析
興業研究指出，這項股票拆細行動將有助提昇OKA機構的流通量和流動性。
該行相信，大馬建築領域前景仍保持強勁，OKA機構有潛能從西海岸大道（WCE）計劃中受惠，該大道全長233公里，將於2018年完成。由於該公司是大馬主要的排水管業者，將有機會為該大道的排水系統供應水管。

全年而言，该公司累积净利翻倍至136.46%，从去年的567万5000令吉，增至1341万9000令吉。

同时，该公司全年营业额也从去年的1亿3307万9000令吉，微涨9.27%至1亿4542万1000令吉。

该公司今天也宣布，建议派发3仙的一次过单层股息。

受高訂單及利潤改善貢獻，OKA機構2014財政年淨利按年上揚136%至1千340萬令吉，營業額增9%至1億4千540萬令吉；受高產能及利潤貢獻，第四季營業額則按季小幅走揚1%至3千730萬令吉，稅前淨利則暴漲587%至650萬令吉，同時也提議每股派發3仙終期單程股息。

5月20日，政府宣佈怡保工程（IJM,3336,主板建筑組）領銜財團為價值50億令吉的西海岸大道（WCE）主要建築承包商，預計需時4年完成，興業研究看好該公司將從中受惠，供應高速大道排水系統管道及涵洞，在西馬具知名度及擁有清晰盈利能見度，可趁勢趕搭大馬基建工程發展列車。

由於業績優於預期，該行調高2015財政年財測，營業額及淨利調升1至17%，預計在銷售成長及更佳利潤貢獻之下，2014及2015財政年盈利表現強勁，2014年3月止負債率從2013財政年的0.16倍改善至0.05倍。

（吉隆坡11日訊）OKA（OKA，7140，主要板工業）建議每持4現有股，發送1紅股，以回饋股東。

OKA向馬證交所報備，建議以4送1的比例，發送高達3045萬6500紅股，除權日將在較后公布。

該公司指出，上述紅股建議旨在回饋股東的持續扶持，讓投資者提高股票參與度，以及改善股票流通量。

根據報備文件，該公司目前的發行與繳足股本為6091萬3000令吉，共有1億2182萬6000股。一旦完成紅股計劃，股本將擴增至7614萬1250令吉，合計有1億5228萬2500股。

（吉隆坡18日讯）虽然OKA机构（OKA，7140，主板工业股）的4送1红股计划將稀释其每股盈利（EPS），但兴业研究分析员依然看好该公司的前景，所以维持该股「买进」评级，並把目標价格从1.12令吉上调至1.25令吉，红股除权后目標价格则是1令吉。

隨著OKA机构在上週五宣布红股计划，该股本週前半段股价持续上扬，週三闭市报1.15令吉，週四稍微回软，週五最终收在1.13令吉，上涨1仙或0.89%，成交量达78万3300股。比起上週五闭市1.06令吉，全週仍涨7仙或6.6%。

在动用保留盈利派发红股后，OKA机构的缴足资本將增至7610万令吉，股票数额达1亿5230万股，而保留盈利则从目前的4880万令吉降至3350万令吉，並预料將于今年末季完成。此外，该公司也建议，设立一项佔缴足资本15%的5年期雇员认股计划（ESOS）。

（吉隆坡31日訊）OKA（OKA，7140，主要板工業）2015和2016財年賺幅料持平，但該公司嘗試多元化產品，加上負債率已降至逼近零的水平，基本面完好而看俏。

鋼鐵和洋灰是OKA製造預製混凝土產品的主要原料，各占總成本的15%和35%，興業證券研究估計該公司2015和2016財年賺幅將持平。對此，該公司2015財年首季營業額和淨利分別按年起11%和7%，但稅務與攤銷前盈利（EBIT）賺幅卻從12%下滑至11.3%。

維持“買進”評級

報告指OKA基本面完好，且看好該公司在西馬強勁地位，加上國內基本建設發展增加，讓OKA有更好盈利可見度。報告亦預計該公司2014至2016財年盈利複成長率（CAGR）達14%，維持OKA“買進”評級並上調合理價至1.42令吉，紅股除權后合理價為1.14令吉。

該公司現持有350萬令吉現金，總貸款為380萬令吉，因此截至6月底負債率從0.05倍，改善至接近零的水平。

OKA在7月中建議以每4股送1紅股比例，發出3050萬股紅股，完成后股本將增至7610萬令吉，涵蓋1億5230萬股股票，將有助提升股票流通量。

雖然OKA備受看好，但29日該股仍呈走跌格局，閉市收在1.20令吉，跌9仙，成交量131萬8500股。

券商買進心頭好．新廠房可迎合高需求 OKA料獲益於災區重建

在參觀了OKA（OKA，7140，主要板工業）廠房后，我們感到相當樂觀，該公司在馬來半島有六間廠房，預計東海岸大水災災黎重建家園，以及大馬基建設施發展將推高潛在需求。

我們近期在OKA華都牙也（Batu Gajah）廠房會見管理層，這間面積超過80英畝廠房的製造預製混凝土產品，都是等待交付給客戶的，預計今年首季會因消費稅落實而推高公司訂單。

洪水災害嚴重摧毀了吉蘭丹、登嘉樓、彭亨和霹靂的房屋和基建設施，包括道路和排水系統。

維持賺幅

根據修訂后的2015年預算案，政府起初會撥出5億令吉給災黎，以及8億令吉作為基建設施維修和重建，包括學校、醫院、道路、橋樑和其他基建設施。我們相信OKA可在災區重建中獲益。

該公司一直為客戶設計特製產品而享受高賺幅，管理層預計2015財年上半年可享受12.1%高淨賺幅，比起2014財年上半年的7.7%來得高。該公司有望繼續為客戶提供產品，維持賺幅。

OKA基本面依然維持完整，我們喜歡該公司在大馬半島的強大地位，以及在國內基建設施發展推動下，有良好的可預見淨利。

（吉隆坡15日訊）OKA機構（OKA，7140，主板工業產品組）在大馬半島擁有強勁曝光率，盈利能見度可望受惠於基建發展活動，但目前股價卻相當於2016年預估淨利的8.3倍本益比，低於10年交易中值的11倍本益比水平。

該公司是國內最大的預製混凝土製造商之一，在半島擁有6家廠房，產品主要被用在溝道、過濾、建築和水務相關基建工作上，曾參與國內多項大型發展計劃。

自從今年3月上探1令吉零8仙歷來新高後，該公司股價一度調整27%至79仙低點，但之後逐漸復甦，並突破跌勢阻力線，這讓該公司股價有望在短期內上探90至97仙水平。

目前，股價的主要阻力是200天平均移動線顯示的88仙水平，一旦順利突破，則可望再朝93仙邁進，甚至達到更長期的97仙目標，止損點在78仙。
