宝腾经销商：多元重工业与吉利合作预示美好未来

（吉隆坡2日讯）宝腾（Proton Holdings Bhd）经销商表示，多元重工业（DRB-Hicom Bhd）与浙江吉利控股集团有限公司（Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co Ltd）之间的合作关系预示着发展前景，归功于吉利研究院（GRI）开发的技术和研究范围。
宝腾在文告中指出，有些经销商最近到访杭州湾的GRI，他们看到未来的可能性，进而提升了合作的信心。
宝腾经销商Rahman Brothers Automotive私人有限公司的代表Mohd Nazrin Mohamad Fozi披露，到访GRI超出了他的预期。
他说：“它展示了吉利的技术能力和汽车的未来。我想如果这些技术，如先进的安全技术和其他最先进的技术特征被整合到宝腾汽车中，我们一定会成为马来西亚及其他地区汽车的领先优势。”
同时，Edaran Saga私人有限公司的Munauwir Mohd Khir表示，吉利对细节的关注，让他留下深刻印象。
“吉利考虑到每一个细节。一切都以可控的方式完成，从测试到最终产品的过程都是按顺序进行。”
他续称：“我们需要一家优秀的汽车制造商，来为公司树立远大的目标，不仅要开发先进技术的汽车，更重要的是那些环保的汽车，如电动和混合动力汽车。”
GRI的工作文化也得到了Vitalic私人有限公司的Hazree Hashim的赞美，他表示，在线工作人员勤勉地执行任务。
“从工作文化到工厂，有一个适当的系统和处事流程。生产得到控制，一切都看起来有序。”
他说：“这次到访之后，我可以更清楚地看到吉利正在进行的发展，以及宝腾最终如何获益。”

宝腾继续联合开发印尼国产车计划

（吉隆坡10日讯）宝腾（Proton Holdings Bhd）将继续与印尼公司PT Adiperkasa Citra Lestari合作打造印尼国产车，随后将会探索创建东盟区域汽车的想法。
宝腾主席Datuk Seri Syed Faisal Albar在Ilham大厦会见资政理事会（CEP）5名成员后，向记者表示：“当然。我们将继续讨论这方面的事宜。”
宝腾总执行长李春荣及副总执行长Datuk Radzai Mohamed，也有陪同Syed Faisal出席会议。
Syed Faisal补充说：“不涉及任何费用。”
宝腾与PT Adiperkasa Citra Lestari在2015年签署了解备忘录，探讨开发与制造印尼国产车的机会。
根据这份在现任首相敦马哈迪及印尼总统佐科威（Joko Widodo）见证下签署的了解备忘录，两家公司将进行可行性研究，以探讨合作的具体领域，包括商业和技术方面。
该了解备忘录还要求双方规划本地化、采购、工程和设计活动、物流服务、市场研究和其他相关流程。
一旦完成可行性研究，宝腾表示将签署最终协议并正式联营。
对于宝腾与资政理事会今日进行会议，Syed Faisal指出，资政理事会想要了解吉利（Geely）的信念水平，将宝腾变成一家非常成功的汽车公司。
他补充说：“讨论非常顺利。”
另外，Syed Faisal表示，尽管宝腾及第二国产车私人有限公司（Perodua）是私营及可能已经加入外国合作伙伴，但政府应该继续承认它们的国产车制造商地位。
他说：“虽然资政理事会没有询问宝腾作为国产车的地位，但我们仍然向他们解释说，宝腾与第二国产车（被认可）为国产车是必须的，因为这是汽车市场所需的信心。”
他续称：“我们向他们传达了必须在市场上保持信心。”
追溯2017年5月份，马哈迪在个人部落格撰写了一篇文章，表示他对于大马失去国产车感到失望。
多元重工业（DRB-Hicom Bhd）把宝腾的49.9%股权转售给中国浙江吉利控股集团有限公司，成交价为4亿6030万令吉。
根据Syed Faisal，由中国企业大亨李书福掌控的吉利最近收购了马赛迪汽车（Mercedes-Benz）母公司德国戴姆勒（Daimler AG）约10%股权，总值90亿美元。
同时，吉利还持有沃尔沃（Volvo）、伦敦出租车公司（London Taxi Company）以及拥有飞行汽车技术的加利福尼亚州公司的控股权。
Syed Faisal补充说：“根据它们（吉利）的记录，我们告诉资政理事会，吉利是最适合将宝腾推向更高水平的合作伙伴。”
