（吉隆坡15日讯）利兴工业（LIIHEN，7089，主板消费产品股）收到Tsunami资本公司律师信，称在6月17日的股东大会上，受到“不公平的压迫”。

利兴工业在文告中指出，Tsunami资本的指控是“毫无根据”，将会寻求法律咨询应对。

不过，文告中并未详细解释事发的始末。

利兴工业今日股价一度大跌6.66%，写下2.52令吉的全日最低点，最终以2.63令吉挂收，全日跌7仙或2.59%，共有19万300股易手。【南洋网财经】

利興工業獲重估收益3500萬

（吉隆坡13日訊）利興工業（LIIHEN，7089，主要板消費）旗下房產重估，取得約3500萬令吉重估收益。

該公司向馬馬證交所報備，旗下位于柔佛15項房產進行重估，為公司截至12月底2014財年每股淨資產貢獻58.3仙。

同時，上述房產重估收益將納入2014財年末季財務報表中，而利興工業截至9月底每股淨資產達2.63令吉。

為確保土地和建築重估程序符合公司的會計政策，利興工業的房產重估活動由Jordan Lee & Jaafar (M’cca) 私人有限公司和VPC Alliance (JB)私人有限公司執行。【中国报财经】

要看公司管理層如何，從該公司過去15年以來的業績表現與記錄，相信可窺視一二。從2000至2014年的15年裡，該公司每年都是有利可圖，從來沒有虧損過，即從最低的70萬6千令吉（2006年）至最高的2千820萬2千令吉（2014年），並且在12年中（除了2006/07/08三年）都有派發股息。相信這很大程度上，可顯示出公司管理層的能力。

至於該公司的最新業績，截至2014年12月31日為止第四季，該公司淨利增至830萬8千令吉（每股淨利為13.85仙），前期淨利為368萬令吉（每股淨利為6.13仙）。該公司季度營業額為1億零297萬8千令吉，比較前期為8千373萬9千令吉。

截至2015年4月29日，該公司的收市價為3令吉83仙，若以2014年財政年每股淨利47仙為准，它的本益比為8.15倍。惟有必要留意，這是該公司有史以來最佳的業績，能否維持或持穩尚有待觀察，所以，它的8.15倍本益比雖具有吸引力，惟還要附帶於程度的折價為妙。是否值得投資，自行決定。

他的名字已经在昨天晚上公布的2014年annual report 出现了，不久按法令会向Bursa申报。
Koon曾经买入VS 和 Latitude, 结果两只都他被炒起！
Lii Hen目前股价RM4.40, 股息率超过5%
6月11号派6cents, 7月8号派4cents, 而且每三个月都会派息一次。

1)公司于5月的Q1 2015 业绩很好，赚了 1074万，Eps=17.9sen   ,nta=rm3.32
若下来Q2,Q3,Q4都有720万(EPS=12SEN),则全年可赚3234万(EPS=53.9SEN)
现RM4.50只是PE=8.3 在交易,明显被低估了,合理的PE=12,价位=RM6.46
2)公司为每季派息,Q1派送6SEN(1-7-2015)和特别息4SEN(27-7-2015),若Q2,Q3.Q4也有

这次旅程由某前辈领航,从16-12-2014 的RM2.56开始,一路上只是休息,

次季净利涨96%　利兴工业派息7仙

（吉隆坡28日讯）受惠于令吉兑美元汇率走弱，家具制造商利兴工业有限公司（LIIHEN，7089，消费产品组）截至6月30日次季净利按年大增96%至1266万令吉，上财年同期为645万令吉。

以出口为主的利兴工业销售产品以美元计价，当美元销售兑换为令吉时，令吉走弱因而带来更多进账。

利兴工业向马交所报备，除了美元汇率走强外，由于市场对公司产品需求持续增长，特别是床上产品，公司营业额因而从9786万令吉增至1亿3828万令吉。

公司指出，相较于上财年，美元在次季升值了13%。（2015年为-3.66,，2014年-3.23）。

利兴工业在文告中指出：“归功于营业额增加和更佳的美元兑换率，集团次季税前盈利报1740万令吉，比上财年同期的870万令吉高出一倍。”

首半年净利报2341万令吉，同期为1471万令吉。营业额则从1亿9320万令吉增至2亿5036万令吉。

集团建议在次季派息每股7仙，除权日落在9月7日，派息日为9月23日。

展望未来，利兴工业指出，美国市场情绪正面，以及美元兑令吉走强将继续提高集团盈利。

不过，由于令吉兑美元贬值，集团也留意到生产成本增加的情况。

随着集团更完善地控制成本架构，并扩大销售市场，利兴工业承诺在2015财年带来正面的业绩表现。【光华日报财经】
