SSM - 个人公司
营运 - 5个月++
BANk - 有银行来往
店面 - 正在谈着office（5月会开）是3楼office来的。
EPF - 暂时还没有EPF
行业 - printng and design house

akitat，start-up grant 没有得申请了？
若公司还没到 1年，想申请研发的 grant ，开发 web 为主的，有没有这个可能性？ |

Either grant or loan, the approving condition is same: is your business making money?
If not making any $$$, answer is FORGET IT!
If making money, what's the proof that your business is making money? Profit tax is the key proof, be it for gov or bank. For SP, personal income tax is the substitute, but 99% bank will reject if no MG.
Do you have it? If no, answer is FORGET IT!
Last chance, ......use MG or get a TTD (only in malaysia)...
Conclusion: learn the business model from Walmart, YTL & your business will grow & survive >50yrs. If you follow Chop Ah Gu kedai runcit business model, you will still stay as Ah Gu kedai runcit, work like cow aft 50yrs ... |

BANk - Hong Leong Bank, 无不良记录
店面 - 2楼半开放式office来的, 没有招牌, 已租2年多
EPF - 有EPF, 不多
行业 - 供应和维修电脑
我可以申请website advertising? 拟申请e-commerce 网上电子商业销售, Singnboard 可以申请？

补助金 可能 转换 低利息贷款。。。
SME loan
- interest around 2.5%-6%p.a.
- 5 years
- MUST have shop lar.. pls read.. reply so many time
Biz Buy- Ys. Biz model determinate your size of biz and future.
Profit or not profit is depend alot of how to do biz !!
Loan ok de.. don worry.
Don be so negative, assist our cari friend, alot of things have solutions. if face problem, discuss here..
sceniz- ur problem is loan, get loan financing. SOHO cant get loan, ask me for help for detail if you need. how much ur sales per month lately?
