The Board of Directors of AmREIT Managers Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Am ARA REIT Managers Sdn Bhd) (“AmREIT”), the Manager of AmFIRST Real Estate Investment Trust (“AmFIRST REIT” or the “Trust”), wishes to announce that a revaluation exercise has been carried out on AmFIRST REIT's investment properties (the "Revaluation"). The details of the Revaluation are set out in the attachment.
