【AEM 7146 交流专区】 新扬工业控股

是不是有人要炒这个股呢?小弟第一次接触股票,上个星期有买到一点点。我的目标是1.10就放了。会不会太低啊?其实我还是在学习当中。记得有一次有一个前辈跟我分享他的故事,他说一个股如果一下上到太高就要小心了。如果volume很多的话最好是赶快卖出。因为庄家要找人“吃”。我不是很清楚什么“"volume很多”的意思啊!Volume很多就是买卖的人很多?几多才算“多”呢?可以教一教小弟吗?e_mc_square 发表于 14-1-2010 10:29 AM

最近暴漲的股票,都是平時沒有任何消息的,所以這些大庄家肯定早就計劃這種上漲的走勢,所以有淨賺就可以走人了。

一隻好股票,好消息就是分紅,分特別股息,這就是好股。

真的是暗槌,RM0.70就卖出了。。。。Volume要知道多不多就看这只股30天里面的Volume就知道了咯

The Board of Directors of AE Multi Holdings Berhad (“AEM” or "the Company") wishes to announce that Amallion Enterprise Company Limited (“AET” or the "Purchaser"), a wholly owned subsidiary of AEM has on 27 June 2013 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Mr Pisit Phichiensaveatthara (“Mr Pisit” or the “Vendor”), wherein Mr Pisit agreed to sell and AET agreed to purchase the land and factory building known as No. 673 located under the Title Deed No. 85428 Serial No. 365 covering 2-0-88 rais, in Bangpoo Industrial Estate Soi 4E, (EPZ) plot no. We refer to the announcement dated 28 June 2013 (“Initial Announcement”)(Reference No. CC-130627-50801) in respect of the above subject matter. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Initial Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to provide herewith the following additional information in relation to the Acquisition:-
1. The existing building annexed on the Land is currently vacant.
2. The method of valuation used by Asset Asia Corporation Limited to assess the market value of the Property is Cost Approach and a copy of the valuation report is available for inspection by shareholders of AEM at the registered office of AEM at 51-13-A Menara BHL Bank, Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah, 10050 Penang during office hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).
3. The balance of the Purchase Price should be (70%) or THB12,600,000 instead of (90%).
4. The Acquisition is subject to the obtaining of the Letter 15Sor (approval letter to acquire the Land and to use the Land for manufacturing purpose) from Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand.

(吉隆坡5日訊)新揚多元控股(AEM,7146,主要板工業)為泰國子公司Amallion企業有限公司,擔保總值1億5100萬泰珠(約1558萬令吉)貸款。

該公司今日向馬證交所報備,與獨資子公司AE企業聯合擔保上述貸款,作為Amallion企業有限公司上月27日新收購土地發展與建設成本。

The Board of Directors of AE Multi Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that AEM and its wholly-owned subsidiary, AE Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd has on 5 August 2013 execute a corporate guarantee of Thai Baht 151,000,000.00 equivalent to RM15,100,000.00  in favour of TMB Bank Public Company Limited in respect of credit facilities granted to the wholly-owned subsidiary of AEC, Amallion Enterprise (Thailand) Corporation Limited ("AET").

We refer to the Company's announcement dated 31 December 2013, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with the following additional information for public release:-

The approximate areas and age of the factory and office building respectively;

Clarification as to why the Net Book Value of the Property equals its cost of investment, taking into account that the Property is of leasehold status and was acquired since year 1989;

The date and method of valuation by the independent valuer, and the reason that the market value of RM6.33 million is only an "indicative valuation";

The tentative timeframe for submission of the application to PKNK for approval, or the approval date if the approval has been obtained;

The basis to arrive at the option to re-purchase the Property for the price of RM4.5 million whereas the disposal consideration is only RM4 million;

The rationale to dispose the Propoerty at a loss;

Tabulation on the disposal loss of RM2 million;

The total borrowings of the Group as at the latest practicable date and the interest savings per annum arising from the repayment of borrowings of RM4 million;

The shareholdings (in percentage) of the substantial shareholders of thePurchaser;

Clarification on whether the disposal proceeds will be also be utilised for working capital purposes. If yes, to provide the breakdown of the proposed utilisation for working capital and repayment of borrowings respectively, as well as the nature of the working capital; and

Quantification of the effects of the disposal on the Group's EPS and gearing.
With reference to our announcement made on 31 December 2013, AE Multi Holdings Berhad ("AEM" or "Company") wishes to announce the further details of the Transactions.
