新扬工业拟私配筹683万

（吉隆坡16日讯）新扬工业控股（AEM，7146，主板工业产品股）建议私下配售新股给第三方投资者，筹资683万3462令吉。

根据文告，建议发行量最多5466万7700股，相等于发行及缴足股本的30%。

估计一个月内向马交所提出申请。

假设每股配售价为12.5仙，预计可筹得683万3462令吉。

新扬工业控股表示，筹资所得的300万令吉，将用来偿还银行贷款，每年可省25万500令吉利息。

目前，公司的贷款达1978万1989令吉。

另外150万令吉用作提升泰国厂房的机械，以迎合订单增加；余款用作营运资本。【南洋网财经】

新扬工业拟1.4亿
联营进军再生能源

（吉隆坡16日讯）新扬工业控股（AEM，7146，主板工业产品股）通过洽谈一项有关经营和维修迷你水力发电厂的合作，计划投入1.4亿令吉，进军再生能源领域。

公司发文告，与JMT Kelantan Baru私人有限公司签署暂定协议（HOA），洽谈一项合作计划。

JMT将会授权给新扬工业控股，营运和维修位于吉兰丹的两间10兆瓦综合防洪迷你水力发电厂。

此外，在发电厂脱售再生能源电力给国家能源中，新扬工业控股可取得80%盈利，但前提是必须投入1.4亿令吉作为给予JMT的投资。

新扬工业控股计划通过一项企业活动筹集资金。

JMT将进行设计、采购、建筑和启动再生能源设施。

JMT和国能在2013年签署两项再生能源购电合约（REPPA），脱售电力给国能，为期21年。

董事经理杨朝栋表示，这计划让股东能够参与新业务，有助带来稳定收入和长期盈利。【e南洋】
