假如抽中如何trade ? 我有poem and iocbc ?

online check你的CDP account, 如果不知道的话,可以打电话问poems 或 ocbc broker.
internet banking应该也可以check result

我以前第一次申请ipo时也是很幸运的拿到。
真的有begineer's luck 吗?也许?

capitaland招股报告里说了,比起capitaland的既有投资者,他们更加欢迎新的长期投资者。所以,我猜想,这就是申请1lot的人100%成功的原因。

因为capitalad很吝啬给div的(当然cma多数也是一样),所以我觉得随时留一笔钱,在他的股价被低估降低持有成本是很重要的。
不然,持有1lot而已,就算股价涨一倍,都不知道该卖不卖。
没有操作的空间。。。

我们的钱很少,千万不要追高噢。

其实我嫌他有点贵,2.12买1.3的资产。
不过我买来投资的,放十年,翻一倍,估计每年7%return。
比CPF的3-4%好就行了。
绝对不是拿来投机,我觉得一有坏消息很多人就要short 他。

Capital Group (not capitaland) just increased their stake beyond 5% through open market purchase. They sold off some Capita R China and possibly CMT to buy into CMA.

But that news did not seem to filter into the market until yesterday. In a note, CIMB said CMA's weighting in the index is expected to range from 1.9 to 2.5 per cent, going by the stock's market capitalisation and free float. It expects the counter to 'outperform', with a target price of $2.77.

CMA, the retail arm of property group CapitaLand, debuted on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on Wednesday last week. Its close of $2.50 yesterday was 38 cents or 17.9 per cent up from its issue price of $2.12.

Several analysts are optimistic about CMA's prospects because of its large portfolio of malls in Asia, particularly China. 'CMA is a beneficiary of Asia's unparalleled consumer growth story,' wrote DMG & Partners analysts Brandon Lee and Jonathan Ng in a Nov 24 note. Its listing 'should add a new dimension to investors' stock selection', they added.

我对cma背后的庞大力量感到困惑和恐惧。
我感觉一个泡沫在形成。。。泡沫的破灭也会伤害到投资者。
好像在牛市一样。
紧紧观望着。

Stock has closed lower only once since its Nov. 25 debut, rising as much as 26.9% vs STI's gain of up to 1.0% over same period, as investors hopeful of company's prospects, especially in China, and of greater interest from institutional players upon MSCI inclusion. Still, local house analyst says stock more suitable for longer-term investors than for short-term players given gestation period of up to five years before many of CMA's malls, most of which just 1-3 years old, generate meaningful returns; "the real returns from CMA will probably not come from rental yields, but from what they will get back when they divest an asset to one of its REITs or to a third party after building up the property." Orderbook quotes suggest stock unlikely to clear S$2.70. (FKH)
