别听街头目标价。
如果要投机,要清楚知道自己的profit target, cut loss target,然后严格执行。
有人用闭市价指标,有人用交易量。
赚到目标价差就是投机成功。
用所谓的内幕消息,就是祝好运了。

不过,无论投机或投资,都要注意中国的房地产政策,毕竟中国还是属于政府控制经济的模式。

中国政府最近打出抑制房地产过热的组合拳啊。。。
你难道不知道吗?

还有听说,外国机构为这个ipo护驾(价)的合约期限(一个月)快到了。。。(我听说啦,知道有这种消息还蛮有趣的)

CapitaMalls Asia Ltd announced that it had posted profit after tax and minority interests of S$388 million for FY2009. Earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) were S$521 million for FY2009, 74% higher than the S$300 million for FY2008. Revenue under management was S$1,615 million for FY2009, 50% higher than the S$1,078 million for FY2008.

CapitaMalls Asia Ltd announced that it has entered into an agreement with Chengdu Vanke Property Co., Ltd to acquire Meili Mall in Chengdu, China, for RMB459.85 million (S$94.6 million). Including fitting out works, CapitaMalls Asia’s estimated total expenditure on the mall is RMB520 million (S$106.9 million). The mall is part of a mixed-use development, comprising retail and residential components. It is currently being developed by Chengdu Vanke Property and expected to be completed by 2012.

CapitaMalls Asia Limited announced that it has entered into an agreement with CapitaRetail China Development Fund II to acquire an integrated development comprising retail, residential and office components in Chengdu, China, for RMB554.2 million (S$114.0 million).

Exploring China malls.  Our site visit to CMA's completed and pre-completed
properties, in Beijing, Tianjin and Sichuan indicate that development
activities are on track. Occupancy of the malls are full or close to, while
rental yields have been improving from initial low single digits to mid
single digits as a result of asset enhancement or repositioning activities.

Malls under development to complete from 2010-13. Of the 50 malls in china,
33 malls are operational and a further 17 new malls are expected to be
ready beyond 2012 including Raffles City Chengdu and Cuiwei, which are
currently under construction, while the Meili and Tianfu projects, which
are newly acquired, will be finished beyond 2011. This will provide a
continuous income stream to underpin rental growth in the medium term as
well as higher revaluation surpluses when the properties are completed. The
latter have been reflected in our RNAV but not in our FY10-12 forecasts.


Maintain Buy, TP $2.51.  Our target price of $2.51 is premised on a 10%
premium to RNAV of $2.28. Notwithstanding the impact of potential for
Chinese currency appreciation to its China exposure, CMA's China portfolio
is expected to grow from the present 30% of portfolio to 38% when fully
completed. In addition, with its lowly geared balance sheet, the group is
well positioned to tap new opportunities in Singapore and overseas. CMA is
currently trading at close to 1.6x P/bk NAV, in line with its nearest peer
Hang Lung Properties.

怎么我在SGX的网站里找不到以上的消息呢?
不过0.01sen/per share的股息拿了也好像没拿。
不知中国政府要冷却房屋地产过热的政策会影响到CMA的股价吗。
