horizon hill, 地点，环境在目前JB来说是最棒的住宅区了.....

认同，个方面都很成熟，这项计划和 KL 当年的 Tropical golf club 很接近。全面控制良好，保质。

Both are pretty interesting projects, ends up still depends on budget and objective.
Eco Cascadia, phase 1 on last yr CNY, Mahogany (22 x 80) the smallest landed house RM501k during register, up coming phase 2 definitely far more expensive.
Project come along with club house, a big jogging track, maintainance fees including all the plants and trees. Price? no idea per square ft, last times, different sales person, different answer.
U may have your basic shopping at Jusco Tebrau, Tesco and massive of foods at Mount Austin. If working at Singapore, there might be a heavy jamp at highway.

Adda Height current launching only Cluster (The Grey Stones) , Semi-D projects, chinese community, quite with nice park, jogging track. Not much shop choices, only can see few mini markets, the closer grocery market might be Tmn Daya. Next to Adda Height will be Bandar Dato' Onn. If working at Singapore, there might be a heavy jamp at highway also. But Adda Height slighly closer distance to highway compare to Cascadia.

For personal of view, Cascadia might have higher potential on quality control. Location for local residences is not bad, for people who working at Singapore, not sure

我个人觉得 Molek 被当年神话了，三四年前男友告诉我 Molek 是高级住宅区，也到过朋友们的家 Tmn Pendero ...

其实没有所谓的一定，但标榜高级住宅区还有卖的价钱，我会期待比较高素质的环境。因为Molek没有住宅club house, Tmn Penderosa也没有可以让人跑步的公园。有一个在它的旁边Taman Harmoni,马来区。Golf Club只供member，除非热爱Golf Club的朋友们，该不错，还没进过去不晓得条件优吗。
我是想表达，卖点，地点，环境。
目前Molek区有传统巴刹，Guardian, Watson, 但这种条件，很多住宅花园也有。除了银行，它最强！单靠这些，还是得塞车到其它地方买日常用品。。。Molek Heaven排楼 (24' x 80') (built up 2437 sq ft), 建完了，现在卖RM800k+起跳, 传统巴刹斜对面。这批是卖得比较慢。。。或许现在的买家更聪明了! 发展商任意调高房屋市价，他们两年赚大家三十年的贷款，消费者当然要挑！   这只是我个人看法

可能每个人对高级住宅的定义不一样。

我怎样也不能够把高级住宅和日用品，及跑步道连在一起。这些我怎么看都象小市民要的东西。而且日常用品店好多地方都有，尤其是小地方。

高级餐厅，金融中心，马路宽敞大气，屋子的建筑材料，品质，高尔夫球球场及会员俱乐部，这些我才能连想到高级住宅区。

我不是住Molek的，但我对它的印象很好，也给我很高级的感觉。

From Setia Eco Cascadia heading Mount Austin (Shop Lots), 2 traffic lights, it should abt 2 mins
From Adda Height, massive of humps & few traffic lights, abt 3-4 mins

No issue, but for 2 mins to 4 mins I don't see any big difference. If BDX going to have Aeon then Adda heights location would be much better plus nearer to highway.

得确每个人的感觉不同，我也明白新山很多Molek 粉丝。或许我也是刚住新山几个月，感受力不准吧 ，不过目前新山里或以外的的高级住宅区，已经做到非常不错了。相信Molek会旺盛，房产保值。fans 多，银行多.

Molek 没有高级餐厅，最近有间新的咖啡馆还不错，所谓金融区就只是银行的话，那。。。，品质我不了, Gated & guarded 还好，治安应该不错吧，Golf Club （房子建在里面会更好), 马路宽敞？目前看不到。。。或许将来会有。

喜欢就好，开心最重要
