常丰控股第三季转亏

（吉隆坡28日讯）常丰控股（Subur Tiasa Holdings Bhd）截至4月杪的2016财政年第三季净亏1390万令吉，相比上财年同期净赚271万令吉。
该集团今日向大马交易所报备，盈利下跌主要因为原木、胶合板和锯材出口的平均离岸销售价走低；制造木材产品的原料成本增加；以及较多的化肥量应用在更大面积的成熟油棕树。
第三季营业额从1亿7670万令吉，跌37.6%至1亿1020万令吉。
2016财年首9个月，该集团净亏1560万令吉，上财年同期为净赚596万令吉。
亏损主要是由于原木和木材产品的出口销量减少、木材产品的原料成本增加，以及伐木业务和木材制造的开销成本走高。
首9个月的营业额为4亿1690万令吉，较同期的6亿2300万令吉，下跌33.1%。
展望未来，该集团表示，全球经济放缓，预计延续至2016年。加上当前的原产品价格低，将对全球展望有负面影响。
不过，鉴于目前原木供应紧张，以及美元兑令吉走强，料有利于原木价格。
另外，油棕种植方面即将迎来高峰收割季节，鲜果串产量将增加。该业务预计为集团作出贡献，因厄尔尼诺的干旱天气导致全球原棕油产品减少，因而推高原棕油价格。
“本集团将专注于改善现有业务，同时多元化至其他业务，以实现永续获利和集团的持续增长。”

常豐控股末季虧損擴大
2016年9月30日
（吉隆坡30日訊）常豐控股（SUBUR，6904，主要板工業）截至7月底末季營業額增4.5%，從1億3097萬令吉攀升至1億3686萬令吉。
馬證交所報備文件顯示，受木製產品製造成本提高、木材出口銷量低，及較高集木生產成本影響，該公司末季虧損擴大，從339萬令吉增至2279萬令吉。
常豐控股全年營業額減少26.6%，至5億5378萬令吉，上財年為7億5395萬令吉，全年淨虧3840萬令吉。
該公司說，料在供應緊縮以及需求穩定下得以維持木材價格。至于棕油業務表現持續作出正面貢獻，獲鮮果串產量收成低迷季度影響。

常丰1.5亿收购种植公司

（吉隆坡22日讯）常丰控股（SUBUR，6904，主板工业股）子公司--TIASAMESRA私人有限公司，建议以1亿5000万令吉，收购THESIMUNJAN。
该公司发文告指出，TIASA MESRA私人有限公司与常青油棕（RSAWIT，5113，主板种植股）签署协议，收购后者在THE SIMUNJAN的所有股权和利益关係，包括发展成本、种植资產、商业权利等。
文告也指出，种植资產的总面积为1万5017公顷，其中已种植面积佔5775.44公顷。
至於收购款项，该公司预期其中的80%（约1亿2000万令吉）通过银行贷款，剩余的20%（3000万令吉）则是內部融资。
如无意外，该公司预期上述收购將在2017年第3季完成。
另一方面，常青油棕在脱售Simunjan后，建议进行2项收购计划。
首项收购计划为子公司--RSB Lundu棕油厂私人有限公司和R H Lundu棕油长私人有限公司签署买卖协议，收购一块土地及棕油厂和种植资產，收购价为3370万令吉。

木材油棕推动‧常丰第三季转盈
（吉隆坡30日讯）归功于木材与木制产品出口均价走扬、鲜果串售价增长和生产成本下降，常丰控股（SUBUR,6904,主板工业产品组）截至2017年4月30日第三季成功转亏为盈，录得净利53万6000令吉，前期净亏损1386万8000令吉，促使9个月亏损收窄47.72%至815万6000令吉。
第三季营业额起4.67%至1亿1538万8000令吉，但9个月营业额按年减少9.49%至3亿7736万3000令吉。
该公司发文告表示，受到林业管理和木材认证措施影响，木桐市场供应持续趋紧有望扶持价格，但州政府调高木材税将对木材业务表现带来冲击。
“不过，高售价和美元走强将可抵销相关影响。”
油棕种植业务料持续为常丰控股带来正面贡献，产量高峰期带来将提高鲜果串产量，而原棕油价虽在近期回弱，但管理层将通过成本管控措施，以及强化效率来取得更好的表现。
