Description	WCE HOLDINGS BERHAD ("the Company")Commencement of operations for Section 11 of the West Coast Expressway.
The Board wishes to announce that West Coast Expressway Sdn Bhd, an 80%-owned subsidiary of the Company, has commenced operations of Section 11 of the West Coast Expressway (that connects the Taiping Selatan Interchange and the Beruas Interchange) with effect from 12.01 a.m. on 12 March 2024. The commencement of operations of this Section signifies the completion of the whole Perak alignment, connecting the following interchanges: • Section 11: Taiping Selatan to Beruas; • Section 10: Beruas to Changkat Cermin; • Section 9: Changkat Cermin to Kampung Lekir, and • Section 8: Teluk Intan to Hutan Melintang. The tolling of Section 11 of the West Coast Expressway will commence with effect from 12.01 a.m. on 12 May 2024. This announcement is dated 11 March 2024.
