陈华春：多元化业务·嘉沙吉达或进军产业

（吉隆坡29日讯）嘉沙吉达（JASKITA,8648,主板工业产品组）积极物色有利可图业务发展机会，不排除多元化业务至产业发展领域。

嘉沙吉达主席丹斯里陈华春在股东大会后表示，以目前经济状况疲弱而言，该公司不会枯等机会降临，反而会积极多元化业务至其他领域。

他说，嘉沙吉达一直寻找适合的机会，且不排除以并购、联营等的方式进军其他领域。

“我们不排除将两片土地作为产业发展项目，惟一切尚在计划中，还未落实。”

该两片土地分别位于黑风洞和文良港，各占地约3.5英亩，其中黑风洞土地设有工厂，而文良港的土地则已出租。

陈华春认为目前并不是自行生产工业用具的好时机，该公司将会继续专注于分销业务。

嘉沙吉达执行董事王成业补充，该公司也不排除拓展业务至非工业用具领域上。

王成业：有信心收支平衡

另外，针对嘉沙吉达的业绩表现，王成业有信心在2017财政年将可以达到收支平衡。该公司在2016财政年面对亏损主要是因为电动工具销售下滑所拖累，不过，亏损数额不大。

他说，以该公司目前的营运状况，乐观看待可以达到收支平衡。

嘉沙吉达2016财政年由前期净利504万8000令吉转为净亏70万5000令吉，营业额则由前期的6451万7000令吉下滑32.62%至4347万2000令吉。

该公司在今年7月推介Devon品牌的电动手工具，且是大马区独家分销商。

王成业表示，看好该品牌的营业额贡献在未来1至2年可以达到20%，在未来则预计增加至30%。

王成业透露，该公司也计划引进其他品牌，惟目前尚不能透露详情。

至于保税仓库业务，王成业表示，该公司将会继续与大客户保持合作关系。该公司对于保税仓库业务的表现觉得满意。

嘉沙吉达的电动工具业务贡献约60%至70%的营业额、电动马达业务和手动工具则分别贡献10%至15%的营业额，剩余则来自保税仓库业务。

加沙基达末季实亏22万

（吉隆坡28日讯）加沙基达（JASKITA，8648，主板工业产品股）宣布，2017财年财报在审计前后出现10%的落差。

加沙基达今日向交易所报备，早前在截至2017年3月31日的未审计财报申报，公司净亏24万5000令吉。

不过，截至2017年3月31日的已审计财报显示，公司实际净亏实为21万9584令吉。所以，出现2万5416令吉的落差。

加沙基达表示，未审计与已审计财报出现偏差，主要是因为贸易应收款项的减值亏损回拨，及税务开销的拨备较低。【e南洋】

嘉沙吉达进军汽车电箱业

（吉隆坡21日讯）嘉沙吉达（JASKITA，8648，主板工业股）积极拓展业务至汽车电箱领域，並放眼能在2018財政年（3月31日结账）贡献20%的营业额。

嘉沙吉达在2017財政年收窄亏损，净亏22万令吉；营业额则下滑16.46%，至3632万令吉。

根据该公司2017年报，由于Makita品牌委任嘉沙吉达的主要客户成为分销商，导致嘉沙吉达电动工具业务的营业额暴跌35%，至1800万令吉。

为此，嘉沙吉达积极多元化经销品牌，包括引进德国美达宝（Metabo）及中国大有（Devon），同时在今年7月成立独资子公司--嘉沙吉达汽车有限公司，以进军汽车电箱和相关工业產品。

嘉沙吉达执行董事王成业周三出席该公司召开的股东大会后，接受《东方財经》访问时称，「汽车电箱业务料可贡献20%的营业额，日后贡献比重会逐步提高至50%，有望超越工业產品业务的营业额。」

他表示，汽车电箱业务主要著重于售后市场，具有强劲的成长空间，因此看好其前景。

展望未来，该公司冀望电动工具和汽车电箱业务能并肩齐驱，共同推动营业额成长。

王氏指出，公司目前將先专注美达宝及大有，暂时未商討其他的经销权，但若未来出现有利可图的品牌，或会出手爭取。

询及对2018財政年的展望，他不愿置评，仅表示，在连续两年亏损后，公司当务之急是要达到收支平衡。至于进军產业业务的进展，他指出，如今尚在考量適合的发展项目类型，不排除往商业和住宅的方向发展。

嘉沙吉达在去年称有意多元化业务，至產业发展领域。该公司在黑风洞和文良港各有3.5英亩的地皮。

另外，询及会否增加仓库的空间，他表示，仓库服务业务处于成长阶段，除非主要租户的承租率高达30%至40%，才会增设更多的仓库空间。【东方网财经】

同时，该公司营业额从852万令吉，按年下跌28.16%至612万1000令吉。

合计首九个月，公司净亏265万3000令吉或每股0.59仙，上财年同期则蒙受54万8000令吉净亏损或0.12仙；营业额从2711万7000令吉，按年减少29.56%至1910万2000令吉。
