The Board of Directors of Saudee Group Berhad (“Saudee” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Saudi Cold Storage Sdn. Bhd. (“SCS”) had on 3 October 2023 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”) with NetX Holdings Berhad (“NetX”) for the purpose of setting up and operate the Saudi fast-food outlet under the brand name of SAUDI BURGERTM. Please refer to the attached announcement and press release for further details. This announcement is dated 3 October 2023.
