民泰近电在新加坡　获颁机电工程合约

（吉隆坡4日讯）民泰近电机构有限公司（BINTAI，6998，贸易服务组）宣布，它已在新加坡获颁发一份总值4239万令吉的机电工程合约，但是该数额不包括任何消费税。

该家亏损的机电工程专业服务商致函马交所称，旗下持股69.82％子公司民泰Kindenko私人有限公司，从阳光木制建筑私人有限公司取得一份意向书。

据民泰近电机构表示：“我们的任务是在勘宝坊和整幢盛港广场进行分包机电工程。”

该项目的动工日期始于2015年10月9日，而完工日期预定在2016年5月8日。

它说，上述项目预计将为截至2016年3月31日止财政年度的未来盈利作出积极贡献。

此外，在截至2015年6月30日止第一财季，所录得的净亏损按年从476万令吉收窄至369万令吉。

但是，营业额由之前的6646万令吉增加30.7%至8687万令吉。

今年4月，该集团董事经理王春雷指出：“目前我们正在竞标总值12亿令吉的机电工程合约，一旦中标后，我们有望在今年能够转盈。”

（吉隆坡20日讯）民泰近电（BINTAI，6998，主板贸服股）获得总值1亿2000万令吉统筹承包商（Turnkey Contractor）项目，并且将积极争取项目，放眼今年收窄亏损。

民泰近电董事经理王培坤，在今天的项目签约仪式后指出，旗下建筑业务表现，在近两年随着订单增加而有起色，未来会持续寻求更多统筹承包商工程。

“过去公司的业务都较注重机械与设备（M&E）项目，如今开始将目光扩大至建设项目，换句话说就是统筹承包项目。”

他说，目前公司正参与竞标总值6亿令吉的项目，70%来自本地，同时也积极争取国外业务，并放眼收窄亏损。

截至9月30日的6个月，民泰近电的亏损按年扩大至1788万4000令吉，比上个财年的亏983万6000令吉严重。

The Board of Directors of BINTAI is pleased to announce that Bintai Kindenko Pte Ltd., a 69.82% subsidiary of the Company has on 17 March 2016, accepted a Letter of Award from W’Ray Construction Pte Ltd to undertake a Sub-Contract for the supply, delivery, installation, completion and maintenance of Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (“ACMV”) and Electrical System for the “Proposed Additions and Alterations to Existing 4-Storey Commercial Development (Northpoint Shopping Centre) involving New Linkages from Adjacent Development at Yishun Ave 2 / Yishun Central 1” (“Project”) in Singapore. The Contract Sum of the Project is S$10,500,000.00 (Singapore Dollar Ten Million and Five Hundred Thousand) or equivalent to approximately RM31,418,100 (Ringgit Malaysia Thirty One Million Four Hundred Eighteen Thousand and One Hundred) based on the exchange rate of S$1:00 : RM2.9922 as of todate. The Project is estimated to be completed by 31 July 2017. This Project will not have any effect on the issued and paid up share capital of the Company and is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings, earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Group for financial year ending 31 March 2016. However, it is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of BINTAI Group. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of BINTAI or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the Project. This announcement is dated 17 March 2016.

民泰近電 2子公司官司纏身

（吉隆坡11日訊）民泰近電（BINTAI，6998，主要板貿服）回應馬證交所質詢時指出，旗下兩家子公司Bintai Kinden機構私人有限公司及Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko私人有限公司已聯手在2月5日提出一項民事訴訟。

據文告指出，Bintai Kinden機構及Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko是聯合向馬來西亞創投有限公司（Malaysia Debt Ventures Berhad）、Temasek Growth私人有限公司、Bright Integrity私人有限公司、黃福安（譯音）及莫趙穎（譯音）提出反訴。

民泰近電表示，公司不預見會因上述民事訴訟案件而蒙受任何損失；另外，民泰近電在Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko的投資一共是6551萬720令吉。【中国报财经】

Query Letter Contents	We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 4 July 2016 in respect of the aforesaid matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:- 1) The date the counterclaim dated 5 February 2016 was served on the Bintai Kinden Corporation Berhad (“BINTAI”) and/or Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn Bhd (“KBK”). 2) BINTAI’s total cost of investment in KBK. 3) The expected losses, if any, arising from the counterclaim.
Further to the Company’s announcement made on 4 July 2016 (Reference GA1-04072016-00007) and as requested by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad via its query letter dated 5 July 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce on the following additional information in regards to the abovementioned civil suit: 1.  The counterclaim (dated 5 February 2016) were simultaneously served on Bintai Kinden Corporation Berhad (“BINTAI”) and Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn Bhd (“KBK”) on 5 February 2016. 2. 民泰近電獲獅城醫院1.6億合約

（吉隆坡4日訊）民泰近電（BINTAI，6998，主要板貿服）旗下持股69.82%的子公司Bintai Kindenko私人有限公司，獲Penta Ocean建築公司頒發總值1億6875萬8453令吉的分包合約。

馬證交所報備文告指出，上述合約是為建議中的19層樓高社區醫院底層二樓的淨化室、藥劑部門及排煙控制系統工程安裝冷氣及機械通風系統，是項工程也涵蓋位于牛車水和中巴魯路的新加坡中央醫院內的物流倉庫辦事處。

上述工程估計可在2019年2月完工，並不會對截至2017年3月31日的收益、每股收益及淨資產帶來重大影響。【中国报财经】
