（吉隆坡18日讯）随着协议失效，民泰近电（Bintai Kinden Corp Bhd）打算联合发展的马六甲项目（发展总值为3亿5000万令吉）也告吹。

民泰近电今日向大马交易所报备，子公司Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko私人有限公司（KBK）与Vista Springs Development私人有限公司签署的了解备忘录（MoU）今日失效。

民泰近电表示，MoU失效将不会对民泰近电及其子公司构成任何财务影响。

“KBK与Vista一致同意在MoU到期后不延长MoU，因此任何一方均不得就MoU直接或间接地相互提出任何索赔。”

两造在2017年10月份签约，以联手在马六甲一块占地4.74英亩（1.98公顷）的地皮发展项目。这份MoU已经展延了两次，每次为期半年。

闭市时，民泰近电跌0.5仙或3.7%，至13仙，市值为3739万令吉。
