我也是处于一知半解的程度啦。。。
我想大概是这样，管理人觉得他们已经有足够的钱支持公司当前的运作，所以把剩余的资金回归给shareholders.
如果没错的话，大概会归还S$0.5x的钱哦！但我不知道所谓的closure date是指几时？

如果你有看他们的历史，他们以前也是常这么做的。

我所谓的历史就是，在2007年牛市冲天之际，此公司却选择把大部分的钱归还给股东，然后2008年股市就崩了。那现在是不是验证他们看淡接下来的股市呢？费解呢？

好，我这种小角色不用去伤脑筋了。就相信他们的任何行动，有现金拿就是王道。

一下子退這麼多資本，給了錢後股價會掉回的。如果和上次的情況類似的話，可現在在S＄2.00以下買入（先看幾時closure date）。現在＄2.15都貴了,就划不來。

我暂时是不会卖。但是2.4 or 2.5就很难讲了。

    现在价高想等它掉再买回块多再买回，但是这种logic用在好股，往往都是后悔莫及的lor。

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Transpac Industrial Holdings
Limited (the “Company”) will be held at Concorde 1, 3rd Level Concorde Hotel Singapore, 100
Orchard Road, Singapore 238840 on 28 April 2011 at 11.00 a.m. (or as soon thereafter following the
conclusion or adjournment of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at 10.00 a.m. on
the same day and at the same place) for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the
following resolution which will be proposed as a special resolution:
Special Resolution
The Proposed Capital Reduction and Cash Distribution
(1) Reduction of Paid-Up Share Capital
That the paid-up share capital of the Company be reduced by the sum of up to S$100.20
million and that such reduction be effected by returning to Shareholders S$0.57 in cash for
each fully paid-up ordinary share in the capital of the Company held as at a books closure
date to be determined by the Directors; and
(2) Authority to Directors
That all the Directors and each of them be authorised and empowered to do all acts and
things as they or he may consider necessary or expedient to give effect to this Resolution,
including without limitation to the foregoing, to negotiate, sign, execute and deliver all
documents, and approve any amendments, alterations or modifications to any document (if
required).
