傲奔營收看俏
（1）：截至2014年6月30日為止第二季，傲奔系統的淨利為120萬1千令吉（每股淨利為0.54仙），比較前期為134萬6千令吉（每股淨利為0.60仙）。營業額則增加至1千零55萬8千令吉，前期為938萬令吉。同時，該公司的每股資產值為17.09仙。

該公司第季二季取得良好營業額及淨利，主要是銷售有效率服務機器（ESM）及商業程序外包服務取得較高營收。

該公司董事部在宣佈業績時表示，預料該公司截至2014年財政年其餘季度的業績表現，將保持令人滿意水平。

若以上述最新業績為准，假設該公司年度化的每股淨利為2.16仙（0.54仙X4），若是市價為你說的42仙，該公司2014年財政年全年的預測本益比則為19.44倍，而這項假設料對投資該股項有一定的參考意義。

聚焦“現金循環機”‧傲奔抓緊趨勢

2015年首季業績旺季宣告結束；過去兩週內，馬股上市公司整體交出讓人失望的業績，尤其是大型藍籌股，反倒是小型公司業績還夾帶驚喜之作。

在投資者的密切追蹤之下，幾乎所有業績大好、估值遭明顯拉低的公司，都在業績出爐後迎來漲潮，反觀落後預期者則普遍遭拋售，這現象反映出投資者在大市短期展望未明朗之際，紛選擇以基本面和估值作為持股標準。

這一期，《股海撈月》要和各位討論的，正是在首季財報季中光芒四射的傲奔系統（OPENSYS，0040，創業板科技組）。

傲奔是家專為金融業服務的科技公司；該公司的產品，各位肯定都曾用過，以後也會繼續用，那就是銀行的自動交易機械“效率服務機（EMS）”，如提款機（ATM）、存款機、存支票機等。

另外，由於自動交易機械亦能處理各種日常瑣碎交易，包括付款、賬戶查詢等，EMS亦能夠被應用在保險、公用事業、政府部門等，協助降低對人手的依賴，同時強化客戶便利。

然而，該公司最吸引《股海撈月》目光的地方，其實不在EMS業務，而是兩年前才引進的新型自動交易機種“現金循環機（CRM）”。

CRM是傲奔和日本現金循環技術發明者OKI公司聯手推出的新機種，這種新機械同時綜合了存款和提款功能，相信將逐漸把我們目前看到的舊式提款和存款機淘汰出局，成為未來最普遍的機種。
為甚麼？

要解釋這趨勢，我們得從自動交易機械的市場生態說起。

我們都知道，國內市面上目前所看到的提款或存款機，都是獨立運作的機種，即提款機只可提款，存款機也只能存款。有鑑於此，銀行每年總需要消耗巨大人力成本於現金管理活動，因提款機需要經常填補現金，存款機則需定時領出現金，這些工作都需要人手代勞。

協助銀行降低開銷

試想，如果能把存款和提款功能合成一體，結果會否好一些？答案明顯不過，一台機械若兼具兩種功能，那麼，機械里的現金將可被循環使用，人手處理現金的需求亦將跟著減少，協助降低銀行在這方面的開銷。

而且，提款和存款機是種佔空間的設施，“二合為一”又將助銀行省下一些額外空間。更重要的是，對身為消費者的我們而言，CRM亦可帶來方便，若存款和提款機的原本佔據的空間被CRM取代，交易處理效率亦將提昇，不會再出現“存款機前排長龍，提款機前冷清清”的景象。

CRM效率高省時

《股海撈月》在某家銀行使用CRM後發現，就算不比交易功能而是比處理效率，CRM也明顯勝過舊款機械，這一點在存款時尤其明顯，因用CRM存款的等待時間顯然較短，鈔票亦不會被莫名其妙回吐，舊式存款機則經常發生這樣的問題。

有鑑於此，《股海撈月》認為由CRM取代ATM，將是未來數年的趨勢所在。

傲奔在上週剛公佈的2014年年報中說，國內目前設有約1萬5千台提款和存款機，且年增長率約為5%。然而，在這批自動交易機械中，CRM只佔了區區4%，儼然還有很龐大的開發空間。

財務穩定
放眼銀行訂單

自從在2013年推出後，傲奔的CRM迅速擄獲銀行芳心。年報資料顯示，該公司成功於去年3月從兩家本地銀行手中接獲數百台CRM訂單，總值超過2千萬令吉，在推廣CRM計劃中取得重大進展。

該公司董事部在年報中說，兩家銀行率先落實CRM，引起了其他銀行對現金循環科技的注意，為保持競爭力和強化免疫力，數家銀行將陸續在今年讓客戶試用OPENSYS／OKI的CRM，目的是儘快採用這些更節省成本的新科技，提早為未來市場挑戰做準備。

收入來源分2類

收入角度來說，傲奔的收入來源可分為非經常性和經常性；所謂非經常性收入，主要來自替客戶供應和安裝自動交易機械，非經常性收入則來自自動交易機械往後的維持維修服務及業務流程外包（BPO）業務，透過服務自動機（Kiosk）替電訊、能源和保險公司等承包客戶付款活動。

至於財務狀況，傲奔資產負債表長期以來都很穩定，最新數據顯示債務和現金依然處平衡狀態，加上其業務模式相對簡單，資產負債表中無特別值得關注的地方。

交易所數據顯示該公司過去5年均有派息，最近4年每年都派發一仙免稅股息。不過，就派息角度而言，《股海撈月》認為縱然業績好轉，傲奔的派息額卻不太可能在短期內明顯增加，因CRM業務起飛料讓週轉資金的需求同步揚升，讓該公司需保留資金供執行CRM訂單。

CRM滲透率僅4%
營收前景亮眼

在上週出爐的業績中，傲奔業績發佈了讓人驚喜的首季業績，淨利按年大漲67.47%至311萬5千令吉，相等於每股1.39仙，營業額亦猛漲194%至2千742萬6千令吉。

在2014年，傲奔的全年營業額為4千530萬令吉，按年漲36.28%，淨利則有559萬8千令吉，按年揚20.12%，這意味傲奔單是在今年首季，就已達到去年總營業額的60.52%，單季淨利則佔去年淨利則55.64%。

實際上，在CRM被引進前，傲奔營業額一直只能維持在3千萬至4千萬令吉之間，惟在CRM業務啟動後，營業額終於在去年突破瓶頸，甚至於今年首季再上一層樓，這是很好的現象。

若本地各銀行確實如傲奔管理層預期般，陸續以該公司提供的CRM取代舊款的ATM，那麼，傲奔的未來業績必然值得繼續留意，畢竟CRM滲透率仍只有區區的4%。

在首季業績大幅拉低預期估值的情況下，傲奔當時企於33.5仙的股價重新顯得誘人，這驅使投資者在隔天開市即進場扯購，推動股價一路飆升，至今在短短3個交易日里累積了10.5仙或31%漲幅。

目前，傲奔股價的歷史高點，是在去年8月創下48.5仙；在業績起飛的預期下，傲奔股價能否再一次突破極限，預計將繼續成為投資者關注的焦點。

该公司周四向马交所报备，这项红股派发活动将动用股票溢价户头及保留盈利达745万令吉的资金进行。
