聘请客户服务员 Customer Service Executive

某公司正在寻找客户服务员Customer Service Executive:
Responsibilities:- Ensure customer receives positive experience through quality handling of inbound and outbound telephone call, facsimile and email.
- Ensure requests are processed in a timely manner
- Assist in preparation of weekly / monthly reports.
- To work closely with internal operations team
Requirements:- Degree/Diploma holders/STPM
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Friendly with good interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Must be a team player and also be able to function with minimal supervision
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
