义利今年投资3600万 强化机械种植油棕

（吉隆坡29日讯）义利（YeeLee，5584，主板消费产品股）指出，今年将投入3600万令吉作为资本开销（CAPEX）以扩展业务。

义利执行董事兼集团行政经理卓益发（译音）在接受《星报》访问时表示，这其中的2000万令吉将用于加强气雾罐生产机器的效率，而剩余的1600万令吉款项则用于种植业。

“我们目前正研究把沙巴的一块未发展土地，转换成油棕树种植地。”

但他拒绝透露详情。

据了解，贸易业务是公司的主要营业额贡献，占总数的65%、包装业务贡献22%、原棕油提炼厂占12%、其余业务包括种植业贡献剩余的1%。

買進劵商心頭好．貿易部門賺幅改善 義利估值深受低估

合理價：1.50令吉

義利（YEELEE，5584，主要板消費）收入前景在貿易部門賺幅改善、製造部門收入增加后倍受看俏，股息將在7月16日除權，宜短期買進這隻估值深受低估的股項。

近期我們與管理層會面后，對公司成長前景充滿信心，該公司計劃在短期內改善旗下貿易部門產品組合，進一步提高賺幅。

我們認為此策略可奏效，至少本財年首季稅前盈利3.22%賺幅，已較上財年1.56%及2011財年1.35%來得高，未來貿易業務賺幅料可觀。

目前該公司製造業務主要產品包括噴霧劑罐、波狀紙箱、食用油及其他棕油為主產品，本財年首季食用油賺幅較原棕油價格來得高，稅前盈利受帶動按年增54%至620萬令吉，其他產品賺幅亦穩定，製造業務收入佳。

再者，該公司在本月3日宣布每股2.5仙股息，除權日7月16日，對股東是額外甜頭，不過該股目前深受低估，相信會有更大升值空間，適宜短期買進。

週四（27日）閉市時，義利微揚3仙，掛1.22令吉，成交量91萬5500股。[中国报财经]

的确是间好公司。为什么不能买？只不过看买进的价格而已。买进也因为对公司的前景有信心，变成它的股东。

正如William每次讲的你了解这公司吗？你问我意见。。我可以说我的确持有它的股但是目前没有加码的打算。

至于买卖否自己做决点咯。。。。。。 当然可以的话等再调证就最好。。。。多几天就派息了。。

義利全年凈利可增33%

（吉隆坡5日訊）義利（YEELEE，5584，主板消費品組）上半年淨利超越預期，全年淨利無意外料可取得33%成長率。

肯納格研究說，義利製造業務稅前盈利在上半年取得80%成長，歸功於油酸脂賺幅改善，以及气溶膠銷售揚升，貿易業務更在瓶裝水和其他產品組合賺幅改善帶動下成長340%。

“儘管上半年盈利超越預期，佔全年財測58%，可考量下半年展望可能因通膨壓力而面對挑戰，我們暫時保持財測不變。”

同時，由於旗下持股32%的聯號公司必勝（SPRITZR，7103，主板消費品組）盈利按年大漲263%至220萬令吉，相信聯號貢獻將因此增加。

義利目前以2013財政年9倍本益比交易，肯納格認為估值仍遭低估，領域平均本益比則為12.7倍，給予該股“短線買進”評級，目標價1令吉50仙。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡9日讯）义利（YEELEE，5584，主板消费产品股）宣布子公司———义利贸易有限公司（Yee Lee Trading）与强生有限公司（Johnson & Johnson）达成共识，同意终止双方的产品分销协议，并于10月1日正式生效。

义利向马交所报备，这些分销协议终止预计不会对公司现财年的盈利和净资产造成任何影响。[南洋网财经]

yeelee 业务可分为4个部门
1）种植业
2）贸易部门
3）制造业部门
4）联号公司32.26%的 spritzer

1）公司种植部门
棕油业务：有两大片油棕地，位于tapah和gopeng，总面积为677acre（这两片土地都是freehold）
茶叶业务：2046acre土地，位于sabah，610acre是种茶叶，尚未种植地段面积：1436acre
在这1436acre未种植地段，公司正在探讨研究要耕种棕油

2）贸易部门
在2011年，由于公司失去dutchlady和P&G的批发权，导致业绩下滑
但公司手上仍然握有着red bull 和campbell 批发权
而且公司凭着卓越的经验能力，成功在去年拿下Reckitt Benckiser和 BIC 的批发权

義利成“遺珠股”

（吉隆坡18日訊）義利（YEELEE,5584,主板消費品組）去年核心淨利達3千160萬令吉，自1993年上市以來5年內複合年均增長率達13%，肯納格研究形容義利為被市場嚴重低估的消費品組“遺珠股”，目標價由1令吉50仙至2令吉零5仙。

義利股價一度受激勵而飆漲15仙至1令吉61仙，閉市漲11仙，掛1令吉57仙。

分析員指出，以其強勁盈利紀錄看，義利受嚴重低估，最低本益比7.8倍或同儕14.7倍的47%折價。同時，義利也在1令吉82仙賬面值之0.80倍交易，基於其成長前景與盈利紀錄，上述折價並不合理。

分析員說，去年核心淨利超越其預期2千940萬令吉的7%，主要是賺益比預定6%還高，即6.3%（2011與2012年分別為3.5%與4.5%）；貿易組在高罐裝水銷售、廣告促銷管控而增賺益。

“按年計，其核心淨利揚41%，其中稅前盈利增長139%至1千零60萬令吉；製造業組稅前盈利增長28%至2千460萬令吉，主要獲高鮮果串供應和油銷售與更佳油脂賺益，公司派每股3仙股息。”

不影響股息派發

淨負債比由0.50倍、0.30倍，進一步改善至2013年的0.21倍，這使製造業得以擴展而不影響股息派發；目前正以1千100萬令吉收購雪州萬撓2.1英畝地，以擴展其噴霧罐。

分析員預計今年核心淨利增長7%至3千340萬令吉，預期營運盈利賺益達6.3%，營業額增長5%和享有更低利息成本。

肯納格把其本益比由9倍提高至11倍，今年每股盈利料為18.7仙，總體可獲43%回酬；調高目標價至2令吉零6仙，評級為“短線買進”。（星洲日報／財經‧報道：張啟華）

Information on the Seller Ayam Sarl is a France company in Europe. Ayam Sarl supplies management advice to France and overseas market. Ayam Sarl is the worldwide sole owner of the brand Vegood. Vegood is the leading brand of mixed fruits and vegetable juices in Malaysia. 3. Rationale for the MOU The Parties shall work together and to provide the framework for the successful acquisition and transfer of the VeGood trademarks with goodwill and related business. 4. Effects of the MOU The MOU is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2015. Should the Project materializes, it is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the Group. 5.
