产业酒店贡献增加．达企业第三季赚7885万

（吉隆坡29日讯）在产业发展和酒店业务贡献增加下，达企业（TA，4898，主板金融组）截至2017年9月30日第三季净利略增0.08%至7885万令吉，连带9个月也转亏为盈，录得净利2亿3296万1000令吉，去年同期为净亏损1872令吉。

9个月转亏为盈

第三季营业额增长近倍至3亿4613万6000令吉，拉高9个月营业额78.07%至9亿6618万3000令吉。

该公司发文告指出，受到产业市况严峻和金融机构收紧房贷批准下，产业销售料持续充满挑战，同时信贷与放贷业务前景也持续严峻，但产业投资和酒店臂膀有望在海内外产业投资扶持下，双双为集团带来稳定永续收入。

“同时，我们希望大马股票交易所成交量、成交总值和交投活动将可改善今年股票经纪与金融服务业务表现。”

达全球第三季净利增1.64倍

与此同时，子公司达全球（TAGB，5158，主板产业组）财报也捎来佳绩，截至2017年9月杪净利起1.64倍至7333万9000令吉，拉高9个月净利8倍至1亿6783万3000令吉。

第三季营业额翻倍至2亿5925万7000令吉，推高9个月营业额78.79%至7亿2218万5000令吉。

TA：美中若打贸易战　马股或崩盘

（吉隆坡27日讯）达证券高级研究副总裁卡拉德认为，一旦美国对中国总值2000亿美元的商品征收10%关税，马股极可能崩盘，预料富时大马综指届时將惨跌至1580点。

达企业（TA，4898，主板金融股）独资子公司--达证券的高级研究副总裁卡拉德今天出席达企业和达全球（TAGB，5158，主板產业股）股东大会后的记者会上，向媒体如此表示。

卡拉德说：「现在全世界都在密切关注中美贸易战是否会如期于7月6日正式开打。」

目前美国对中国的课税一共为3波，第1波涉及价值340亿美元的中国商品，或于7月6日生效。第2波则是价值160亿美元的中国商品，如今仍在评估中。

另外，美国总统特朗普在上週一（18日）也威胁道，如果中国针对美国商品进行报復性征税，美国將会继续加码，对价值2000亿美元的中国商品征收关税。

卡拉德重申，「如果美国真的对中国价值2000亿美元的商品课税，我们预计大马股市將应声重挫至1580点。」

不过，他表示，上述最坏的情况未必会发生，特朗普很大可能將与中国回到谈判桌上。因此，卡拉德指出，如果中美贸易战没有越演越烈，马股今年杪料將以1750点封关。

与此同时，达全球首席执行员程如锦在记者会上指出，儘管今年我国房產市场仍然黯淡，但他认为公司今年有望交出比去年更好的业绩。房產市场今年更好。

「达全球首季净利表现亮眼，按年激增297.77%，至2亿3015万令吉，加上澳洲悉尼的111MU住宅公寓將在今年第3季交屋，可支撑今年的盈利能见度，因此我们认为公司今年表现將会更好。」

上述位于澳洲悉尼的111MU住宅公寓发展总值为1亿6200万澳元。

另外，他说，原定于今年推出的Dutamas住宅式公寓和TA 3和TA 4新盘则將推迟至明年才推出。「鉴于今年的房市疲弱，因此我们將展延至明年才推出上述两项新盘。

Dutamas住宅式公寓预计在明年农历新年期间推出，而TA3和TA4大楼项目则会在明年第3季推出。」

Dutamas住宅式公寓和TA 3以及TA 4大楼项目的发展总值分別为4亿5000万令吉和26亿令吉。另外，达全球也计划于明年次季在柔佛居鑾推出新房產项目，该项目发展总值为4亿5000万令吉。

截至目前，达全球拥有720英亩的地库，其中162英亩处于策划和发展的阶段。【东方网财经】

达企业股东受促拒绝不公平且不合理收购献议

（吉隆坡30日讯）独立顾问BDO Capital Consultants私人有限公司建议达企业（TA Enterprise Bhd）小股东拒绝大股东拿督程铁建提出的收购献议，因不公平且不合理。

BDO今日在独立顾问报告中指出，由于每股66仙的献购价，较达企业2.59至2.60令吉合理价，大幅折价74.5至74.6%，因此这项献议被视为不公平。

此外，考虑到献购方有意维持达企业的上市地位，以及该股的流通性，这项献议亦不合理。

“持有少量股份的股东，仍有机会在截止日期后于公开市场脱售股票。”该献议将公开至9月12日，

根据BDO的评估和建议，达企业的无利益董事，即Zainab Ahmad、Datuk Seri Mohamed Abid、Peter U Chin Wei、Christopher Koh Swee Kiat和Datin Rahmah Mahmood表示，他们也认为献议不公平和不合理。

与一致行动人士（PAC）的持股权增至33.08%后，也是达企业非独立非执行主席的程铁建于7月2日提出以每股66仙强制全面收购。

截至上周四（23日），程铁建与一致行动人士持有公司的股权为36.18%。
