买股票是买前景，不是买过去的历史。。TA现在拥有75%的达环球。。再买进也不可能了。股票数量那么多，盈利再高也不够分，股票太多了。。难道它打算学osk把达环球股权分个小股东当股息？增加流动量，还是学knm来一招四合一，整合股票？不然就可能在把投资的子公司推上市。。不然盈利越来越少，老板脸也不好看。。。。。有那么好的家底，还是不思上取。。可惜

HwangDBS Vickers Research today maintained a "buy" call on TAEnterprise Bhd with a higher target price of RM1.40, given it potentialto benefit from a robust stock market.

"With a five per cent market share in the broking industry,coupled with the progressive initiatives outlined in the Capital MarketMaster Plan 2, we believe TA Enterprise is poised for re-rating," itsaid in a note today.

During the previous stock market rally in 2007, average dailyturnover value rose to a high of RM2.1 billion and the company's shareprice peaked at RM1.90.

        As of noon break, TA Enterprise's share price was down one sen at 73.5 sen.
It also expects income derived from broking to rise to36 per cent in the 2012 financial year from 30 per cent recorded in2011.

        "We also look forward to the unlocking of value of its prime landbank in Kuala Lumpur," it added. -- Bernama

2011-04-29 10:59 .（吉隆坡28日讯）券商认为，被低估的证券经纪股项--达企业（TA，4898，金融组）近期内或被重估，因此将其目标价显著上调至1.40令吉。
黄氏发展唯高达研究表示，达企业旗下子公司达环球（TAGB，5158，产业组）所推出的产业价值由去年的1亿8千万令吉显著上升至5亿9千600万令吉，后者的股价或因此获得重估。
若这项情况实现，可收窄达环球通过部分估值法计算出的价值折损，并扭转其表现低于产业指数的窘境。
相对达环球，达企业为其较为廉宜的代表股项（proxy），因其在前者的73%持股意味市值达14亿8千万令吉，较本身12亿6千万令吉的市值高出14%。
该行指出，达环球将于今年5月在白沙罗艾文纽（Damansara Avenue）推出雅萨列住宅区（Azelia Residence）（250座公寓单位）的产业计划，发展总值达2亿8千万令吉，料其销量将因邻近办公楼的顺利推出而受惠。
另外即将推出的4项产业为U Thant、Dutamas，以及在澳洲和加拿大的联合发展计划。
如此，达环球的产业发展盈利料在2011至2014财政年间的3年复合年成长率将达48%。分析员甚至认为达环球有能力推出资产规模达18亿令吉的休闲产托计划。
尽管达企业的证券经纪收入在2011财政年末季按季增长1倍，其在证券经纪领域中被低估程度是最为显著的。
健全的股市交易活动将延续至2012财政年首季，日均成交量达15亿令吉，而日均成交值则是19亿令吉。
金英与英特太平洋以及马来亚银行（MayBank，1155，金融组）与金英的合并活动皆以账面价值1.4至1.9倍进行交易意味着达企业的合理价可达1.30至1.70令吉。
以达企业在证券经纪领域的5%市场份额，及料将受惠于资本市场第二大蓝图（为零售经纪商带来正面效益）的前提下，分析员相信该公司价值将因此而获得重估。

他老板比较保守一点，不过公司的确很有潜能。

TA短期阻力在0.85，如果能冲破，就有机会到1.00。

   5th may 2011 the star biz reported on TAGB and TA and at the same day Hwang DBS again recommended to buy TA. According to Hwang at present price of TA, the stock broking firm was value at zero cent, 72 cent is only reflected 74% holding of TAGB. How can the stock broking firm have zero value? even TAGB also very much under value by the market. Star reported  TAGB mull for REIT with the 5 hotel they had and it will value at 2 billion. With this 5 hotel it self TAGB shoul price at 50 cents and what about development land? this years alone few project will be launch included those in oversea. I personally put the price of TAGB at RM1.5 if the REIT materialize. How many unit it will offer for the share holder?
