3發展計劃遭質詢 TMS今復牌

（吉隆坡26日訊）TMS（TMS，0060，創業板科技股）的3項企業發展計劃遭馬證交所質詢，個股全天暫停交易，將在明早9時復牌。

TMS最后作價34仙。

該公司上週宣佈，收購2家電腦硬體軟件公司，分別與Viewnet電腦系統私人有限公司（Viewnet Computer System）及OA私人有限公司（Open Adventure）簽署合約。

同時，獨資子公司TMS軟件與夥伴KJSB公司（Konsortium Jaya）達成協議，向政府呈交競標申請，以承包全國學校管理系統擴大工程。

TMS今日就上述3項企業發展計劃，逐一回應馬證交所的質詢。

其中包括，TMS估計將在9個月內，與Viewnet電腦系統簽署最終協議，6個月內與OA簽約。

該公司還說，OA于2010年1月27日成立至去年3月31日，15個月營業額達114萬520令吉，稅后盈利報8萬5831令吉。

Viewnet電腦系統截至12月31日2010財年，營業額為1億791萬620令吉，稅后盈利253萬6208令吉。

與KJSB公司的合作，TMS說尚未達成最后協議，合作期限預料3至5年。[ChinaPress]

（吉隆坡27日訊）TMS公司（TMS，0060，創業板科技組）可能參與教育部全國學校管理系統計劃，股價應聲大漲3.5仙或10.3%，改寫超過7年新高紀錄。

該股週五早盤開場時雖平平無奇，甚至一度跌2仙或5.8%至32仙，惟炒風不久後開始猛刮，在短短1小時內消耗大量賣壓，將股價托高至45仙全日最高水平，午盤套利潮來襲，終場掛37.5仙，漲3.5仙，成交量4千341萬2千400股，是十大熱門股之一。

TMS公司WA（TMS-WA，0060WA，憑單）交易情況更為火熱，全日以2億零544萬4千800股交易量穩佔十大熱門股榜首，惟股價表現並不特出，最終以10.5仙收場，跌1仙。

THETA公司（THETA，9075，主板科技組）週四在回答交易所質問時透露，旗下子公司Konsortium Jaya已開始與TMS公司旗下TMS軟件私人有限公司接觸，談論全國學校管理系統計劃建議項目。

不過，教育部並沒有替有關建議設定任何回覆限期，計劃預估價值及盈利分享細節也仍處探討階段。（星洲日報／財經）
