（吉隆坡7日讯）XOX说电讯（XOX，0165，创业板）澄清，该公司目前只是探索与万事达信用卡（MasterCard）合作的机会，以便向客户提供有效率的支付方式。

XOX说电讯是针对《新海峡时报》，刊登题“XOX说电讯与万事达信用卡，洽谈电子钱包？”，而向交易所澄清。

XOX说电讯指出，截至今日，公司尚未与万事达信用卡就上述事宜达成任何形式的协议。

如果两家公司有达成任何协议，将会立即向交易所报备。

《新海峡时报》周一引述消息报道，XOX说电讯正与万事达信用卡，洽谈下月开始推出电子钱包服务。

消息人士称，该公司最早可能在本月与万事达信用卡签约。【e南洋】

The Company will make immediate announcement in compliance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad should there is any definitive agreement enter into between XOX and MasterCard. Description	XOX BHD         - MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH 10T TECH LIMITED
The Board of Directors of XOX Bhd (“XOX” or “the Company” or "the Group") is pleased to announce that XOX Mobile Sdn. Bhd. (“XOX Mobile”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 26 February 2019 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with 10T Tech Limited, (“10T Tech”) for the purpose of participating in a  platform, to be called as the “eSIM Alliance”,  which will handle international traffic through eSIM profile switching between its participants (“the Project”). 10T Tech is a Hong Kong-based company providing eSIM services and solutions to mobile network operator (“MNOs”) and mobile virtual network operator (“MVNOs”) around the world. Pursuant to the MOU, 10T Tech and XOX Mobile intend to enter into a legally binding agreement (“Formal Agreement”) on or before 30 June 2019, which will include (but not be limited to) the following: a) the commercial terms of joining the eSIM Alliance; b) conditions for and obligations of 10T Tech to provide (i) Smart Subscription Management (“SSM”) services aimed to facilitate the eSIM switching between members of eSIM Alliance; and (ii) an application that members of eSIM Alliance will use to interface with the platform; c) conditions for and obligations of XOX Mobile; and d) details of the joining fees and the membership fees to be paid by members of eSIM Alliance. Either Party may at any time by notice to the other, in writing which does not include email, terminate discussions to enter into the Formal Agreement, without having to give any reasons for doing so or incurring any liability to any other Party. The MOU is not expected to have any effects on the share capital and shareholding structure of the Company.  However, it is expected to have positive contribution to the earnings per share and net assets per share of the Group should the MOU be subsequently commercialised. None of the directors, major shareholders of XOX and/or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the MOU. The MOU being incurred in the ordinary course of business, is not subject to the approval of the shareholders. The Board of Director of XOX, having taken into consideration all aspects of the MOU, is of the opinion that the MOU is in the best interest of the Group.
