Job Responsibilities
  • The Product Engineer will work in small teams, consisting of engineers,technicians and coordinators to implement and manage the assembly, test andpackaging of whole product families, controlling their cost, quality, time tomarket and subsequent changes and development.
  • Responsible forproduct introduction process, definition of product structures, manufacturingstrategy and quality levels.
  • Providing day-to-day support to the line andhelp to develop long term product strategies.
  • Tosustain, maintain, and improve the production yield of product or sub-assemblyof the product through monitoring of failure rates, trending the failures, andpresenting alternative solutions to resolve the failure
  • Analyze samples ofdefective units/sub-assemblies, report the results to the necessarymanufacturing department and/or vendor, and implement changes to the process orcomponents as applicable.

Requirements


- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering
- Project management and total quality management experience
