在塑料包装行业拥有25年的经验的CYL企业（CYL，7157，主板工业产品股），于2003年4月21日，在马来西亚交易所上市，其先进的生产设施位于莎阿南，总面积约330,000平方呎，每月产能500公吨。

CYL企业是一间投资控股公司，其全资子公司Perusahaan Jaya Plastik（马）私人有限公司，于1980年注册成立，采用先进的成型技术，即吹塑，注塑成型和注射吹塑成型工艺，生产尺寸范围从5毫升至5升的各种塑料产品。

吹塑成型的主瓶和容器塑料制品，主要是供给与汽车润滑油行业，洗浴用品和洗涤剂制造商，食品加工业和医药包装等行业。

注塑成型的塑料制品主要包括瓶盖，用于食品加工行业的塑料盖和专业包装行业。

CYL企业也提供丝网印刷，贴标，窄道套管。

CYL企业净利翻3.4倍

（吉隆坡19日讯）CYL企业（CYL，7157，主板工业产品股）产品需求增加和涨价，带动第三季净利大增3.4倍。

CYL企业2015财年第三季净利报119万3000令吉，大幅高于上财年同期的27万1000令吉。

公司第三季营业额从上财年的1556万令吉，上扬28%，至1993万令吉。

公司解释，产品需求增加和涨价，以及无需为库存对净价值的减记提供拨备，所以第三季表现优异。

相比上财年的134万令吉，公司首9个月净利按年增加1.83倍，达到379万令吉。

首9个月营业额按年上升18.64%，至5706万令吉，上财年同期营收为4810万令吉。【南洋网财经】

加强自动化生产 CYL企业800万购机器

（吉隆坡13日讯）CYL企业（CYL，7157，主板工业产品股）为截止明年1月的现财年，拨出800万令吉的资本开销，用来购买新机器及保养机器。

董事经理曾悦利今天在股东大会后向媒体指出，投资在新机器、新科技上，将加强公司自动化生产线，提高生产效益和产量，减低营运成本。

“自动化生产线可降低我们的员工成本，如今员工已从500多个员工，减至大约200至300人。”

他说，购买自动化机器需要庞大的资金，动辄100至150万令吉，所以需要更高的预算。

该公司上财年的资本开销同样是800万令吉，但最后只用了360万令吉在提升厂房和购买机器。

成立32年的CYL企业，制造塑胶吹膜以及铸模塑料容器，供给汽车润滑油行业，洗浴用品和洗涤剂制造商，食品加工业和医药包装等行业。

在莎阿南的3间厂房，当前使用率达80%。

成本转嫁客户

曾悦利指出，由于原材料价格回弹，加上令吉疲弱导致进口成本增加，下半财年的营运环境将充满挑战。

“我们的首季业绩表现不错，主要是原材料价格走低，不过，现在价格上涨，甚至比去年的还要高。”

由于原料主要从新加坡进口，交易以美元计算，令吉疲软导致汇率亏损。

不过，公司与长期客户有签订价格协议，因此可将成本高涨转嫁给客户。这些客户大部分是跨国企业。

而才推行的消费税，也暂时未造成太大影响，管理层将紧密监督。

由于今年市况不稳，难以预期盈利表现，但考虑到零负债率、稳健现金流、当前业务表现等，希望业绩表现能超越上财年。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡29日讯）CYL企业（CYL，7157，主板工业产品股）截至7月杪次季，净利按年挫53.41%，从159万7000令吉，萎缩至74万4000令吉，每股净利0.74仙。

同期营业额报1746万5000令吉，按年跌9.55%。

根据文告，由于调整产品售价及商业活动放缓，因而拖累次季业绩。

合计上半年，净利年增12.93%，录得293万5000令吉，每股净利2.93仙。

末季漲1.3倍 CYL全年淨賺594萬

（吉隆坡21日訊）銷售表現提高，帶動CYL企業（CYL，7157，主要板工業）截至1月底2016財年末季淨利按年漲1.3倍至167萬令吉，宣布派息每股3仙股息。

CYL企業向馬證交所報備，配合業績宣布，將在6月16日派發每股6%或3仙中期股息，除權日鎖定在6月1日。

根據報備文件，該公司末季淨利飆升133%至167萬令吉；營業額起6%至1735萬令吉。

該公司全年淨賺594萬令吉，比去年同期高出29%；營業額則縮減4.5%，錄得7004萬令吉。

該公司指出，淨利獲得改善，主要歸功更高的銷售表現。

展望未來，該公司認為，營運環境將持續面對競爭，加上令吉貶值，及更高的生產成本，必然影響盈利賺幅。

不過，該公司將繼續關注于改善產能和生產效率，確保下一財年的業績表現更佳。【中国报财经】

累计首9个月，净利按年下跌39.49%至258万3000令吉，或每股净利2.58仙；同期营业额则按年下跌7.86%，至4856万3000令吉。

CYL企业业绩较差，主要是因为需求或订单下降、令吉疲弱导致原材料成本较高、再加上7月起最低薪金制落实。

另外，CYL企业也宣布派发每股4%或2仙的中期免税股息，派息总额达200万令吉；股息的除权日和享有权益日，分别是2017年1月4日与6日，支付日则落在同月的18日。

董事部认为，现财年领域内依然竞争激烈及充满挑战。令吉贬值，再加上生产成本上涨，肯定会影响公司净利。【e南洋】
