发展总值5亿 家盟吉明年推The Peak 2

（新山4日讯）家盟吉（GBGAQRS，5226，主板建筑股）计划在明年末，于柔佛推出第二期豪华公寓项目，总发展价值（GDV）为5亿令吉。

家盟吉产业发展部门高级总经理刘轩杰表示，这项拥有400个住宅单位项且名为“The Peak 2”的项目推介，已获得地方议会批准。

他在The Peak简报会后向记者表示，将在第一期项目完成后，才会在明年第三季或末季，推出第二期计划。

至于名为“The Peak 3”的第三期计划，则包括住宅和商业单位、商场、酒店和办公司，并且还在等待地方议会批准，有关总发展价值也会在随后才公布。

提高外资买家限额

由于外国买家反应热烈，该公司也将The Peak的外资买家限额，从30%提高至50%，该计划的发展总值为6亿6000万令吉。

The Peak项目包括2栋服务公寓大楼，总共有668个单位，并且会在明年完成。

在将外资限额提高后，该公司希望认购率能在下月快速增长。

目前，The Peak的总销售一半来自本地买家，另外一半则由来自新加坡、印尼、欧洲、印度、中国和缅甸的外国买家所贡献。

刘兴杰表示，柔佛现在提供各种产业让本地买家选择，但他们并不似新加坡人讲究细节，因而无法了解那个产业项目最佳。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡3日讯）家盟吉（GBGAQRS，5226，主板建筑股）总财务长兼执行董事林纯樟，在场外脱售1070万股或2.74%股权，不再是公司的大股东。

周四，家盟吉向大马交易所报备，林纯樟脱售该批股权给Ganjaran Gembira，后者持股率增加至4070万股或10.44%。

至于通过Ganjaran Gembira，持有家盟吉股权的两名执行董事拿督阿兹占和欧子聪，持股率则分别增加至10.49%和18.77%。【南洋网财经】

家盟吉2130万雪州买地

（ 吉隆坡3 日讯） 家盟吉（GBGAQRS，5226，主板建筑股）宣布，旗下全资子公司--AQRS建筑公司私人有限公司与Goodnite私人有限公司达致土地买卖协议，以总值2130万5363令吉，收购后者位于雪兰莪乌鲁冷岳的一幅租赁工业用地。

根据文告指出，该租赁土地的佔地15.037英亩或65万5011.72平方尺，將在2093年5月8日期满。

卖方需要在该协议后的30天，达成数项条件，包括卖方的现有买卖协议需要正式结束，同时，协议提及的產业需要在相关的土地管理处，正式註册。

管理层表示， 该笔2130万5363令吉付款，將以內部资金、银行借款或从开发项目销售所得款项缴付。

另外，管理层还提出，上述收购事宜是家盟吉2014和2015年业务发展计划的一部份，以加强和扩大该公司房產发展业务，与建筑业务形成互补。

该公司將会继续寻找更多新的土地，以发展更多商业或住宅產业。【东方网财经】

家盟吉第3季淨利飆漲1.4倍

（吉隆坡17日訊）家盟吉（GBGAQRS，5226，主要板建築）工程陸續竣工，第3季淨利按年飆漲1.4倍至1514萬令吉。

截至今年9月底，該公司營業額按年增26.3%至1億3327萬令吉，每股盈利則增至4.12仙。

家盟吉首3季營業額則按年增41%至4億1210萬令吉，淨利按年增12%至4125萬令吉，每股盈利11.22仙。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，建築及房產發展業務助財務表現穩建發展，尤其房產發展部門的銷量及工程進度均有躍進。

文告指出，建築業務3季營業額約3億1474萬令吉，房產發展業務營業額則達1億6221萬令吉。

由于公司公布業績，該股上午9時停牌1小時至10時，不過復牌后股價表現卻平平無奇，閉市時跌2仙至1.67令吉。【中国报财经】

家盟吉　曙光资本　亚庇联营產业计划

（吉隆坡16日讯）家盟吉（GBGAQRS，5226，主板建筑股）週一发文告宣佈，该公司与曙光资本（SURIA，6521，主板贸服股）达成联营协议，共同发展位于亚庇，总面积7英亩的土地。这协议包括One Jesselton Waterfront项目，发展住宅单位、购物商场、办公大楼和停车场。

家盟吉持有联营公司82%股权，而曙光资本则持18%，该项目的净销售值为11亿令吉，曙光资本佔其中的1亿9800万令吉。

家盟吉在文告中表示，该发展项目位于亚庇市中心，衔接数条主要道路以及港口。

上述项目將能满足市场对住宅以及办公物业的需求。家盟吉週一收报1.39令吉，上涨3仙或2.21%，成交量为339万零300股。【东方网财经】
