[疑问] 第一次驾车进新加坡

目前是在新加坡工作，拿的是WORK PASS，不是PR；打算驾马来西亚注册的车进来新加坡逗留数天。

看了LTA的网站，有一些不明白的(b& c)想请教大家：

WORKPASSES

Any work pass holder, who is neither a Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) nor aresident of Singapore, may drive a foreign-registered car and motorcycle inSingapore only if ALL these conditions are met:

a)	he is  the registered owner of the vehicle ;
b)	he  resides outside Singapore;    是不是一定要住在新加坡以外的地方？？
c)	the  vehicle is kept or used outside Singapore for a total period of 6 hours or  more everyday ;    不懂。
d)	he has a  valid insurance certificate and road tax for the use of the vehicle on  Singapore roads ; and
e)	the  vehicle has an Autopass Card to validate its entry/exit at Woodlands and Tuas  checkpoints and for payment of Vehicle Entry Permit/Toll charges.

Pleasenote that a work pass holder who is also a SPR or resident of Singapore is notallowed to drive a foreign-registered vehicle in Singapore.

    好像没有什么问题。。。我朋友每天来回。。。他也是EP holder

    对啊,我也是work permit holder . 有时拜一驾进来上班,拜五放工才回Malaysia......都没问题啊!!!

$20 汽车入境费, $1.20 新加坡toll 钱 和 RM2.90 Malaysia toll 钱
不过,头10次是免费的嘛..........
要不,就找人分担咯.........

    应该是没有问题。既然可以驾车进来就可以逗留吧。。。

我驾马来西亚注册的车进新加坡
我打算26/8驾进新加坡 4天请问需要什么证件？我是车主

以上的意思是：-
驾车的人是EP/WP holder但是住在新加坡以外（meaning新山），这辆车子在新加坡以外（meaning新山）每天使用超过6个小时（meaning你住在新山，在新山过夜，车停在新山的时间）

在以上的情况，新加坡容许EP/WP holder驾马来西亚的车进入新加坡，但是不让你将车停放在新加坡过夜，这样你就违反了以上C项，驾马来西亚的车子在新加坡停留整个礼拜，by law是不allow的，如果新加坡警察在路上tahan你，他一定会要求看你的证件，一看再check system就知道这辆车已经进入新加坡整个礼拜（你的autopass有进但是还没有出的记录），到时你怎样解释？

现在新加坡正在收紧发出EP/WP，有EP/WP的人要遵守那边的法令，新加坡什么都law by law跑的。
