放眼今年增8分行 麦斯威强化时尚零售业务

（吉隆坡13日讯）尽管中国的运动鞋市场需求放缓，导致麦斯威国际（MAXWELL，5189，主板消费产品股）的销量与盈利滑落，但该公司正逐步强化零售与时尚业务。

该公司总财务长陈瑞松日前出席股东大会后表示，零售与时尚业务可为公司带来另一收入来源及提高赚幅。

“目前公司共有12家零售品牌分行。今年，有意在主要城市枢纽增设8家分行。”

麦斯威国际是在中国开始设立零售品牌商店，并于去年12月杪，引进西班牙与美国品牌“Punto Blanco”及“Thomas Dean”。

除了上述品牌，该公司也采取多元品牌策略“Gennylee kids”。

陈瑞松说：“去年，时尚零售业务仅为盈利作出1%贡献。但未来3年，我们希望这门生意能够按年贡献3亿人民币（约1亿5470万令吉）营业额。”

截至3月杪首季，该公司取得2383万3000令吉营业额，按年劲挫57.4%；净利则按年狂泻99.6%，至3万7000令吉。

鞋业销量看跌

陈瑞松指出，首季销售额通常偏低，该公司冀望下半年销售额能够加速增长。

惟他谨慎看待该公司今年表现，并预计表现不如去年出色。

另外，基于中国的运动鞋市场需求走软，该公司暂时搁置为河南省新厂房装置4条新生产线的计划。

“从2012年起，中国鞋业一直面临库存过剩问题，因此我们预计今年销量将会走低。”【南洋网财经】

麦斯威2送1凭单 第三季净利扬14%

（吉隆坡25日讯）麦斯威国际（MAXWELL，5189，主板消费产品股）建议，每持有2股普通股的股东，将可获赠1张凭单，预计送出2亿张凭单。

假设凭单行使价为每张40仙，较21仙的5日加权均价高90.48%。

若所有免费凭单转换成母股，该公司发行和缴足资本，将扩大至2亿4000万令吉，每股面值40仙。

此外，麦斯威国际宣布第三季净利报1218万令吉，或相等每股3.05仙，录得14%净利增长，去年同期为1064万5000令吉，或每股2.67仙。

同时，营收从8237万2000令吉，年增12.5%，达9266万6000令吉，主要是更复杂设计的产品平均销售价提高，每双运动鞋为40.73令吉，高于去年同期的33.54令吉。

3季净利跌52%

不过，首三季业绩表现见跌，净利年跌51.79%，报1816万1000令吉，或每股4.55仙；营业额录1亿7789万4000令吉，跌26.56%。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡8日讯）麦斯威国际（MAXWELL，5189，主板消费产品股）位于中国福建省晋江竹树下工业区的一块地皮，目前正等待有关当局批准相关土地的使用证，以及该地两座建筑物的住用证。

该公司向马交所报备，公司将尽其所能取得批准，并将向马交所汇报最新进度。

麦斯威国际麦斯威国际独资子公司晋江振兴鞋塑有限公司，是在2011年以3450万人民币（约1720万令吉），认购中国河南的一片土地，并计划在该土地上兴建新厂房扩展产能。
