本人在六月为女儿apple了spore both cert(在新加坡生）。。。现在问题来了。名字有问题。。须要从新起。。那么birth cert须要apple 过吗？Msia birth cert 能换吗？

请问拿了singapore birthcert ，又怎么拿malaysia birthcert 呢？

....因为小孩是M'sian... 我们是SPR...孩子是在新加坡出生的...所以擁有两章Birthcert. (M'sia 叫borang W).
