UOA发展（UOADEV，5200，主板产业股）最近推介了发展总值5亿5000万令吉的South Link Lifestyle公寓，共1422单位，位于孟沙南城。

认购率预计超过20%，而预订率料超过50%。

UOA发展正进行中的两个主要项目，分别是位于冼都的Sentul Point（发展总值15亿令吉）及位于North Kiara的United Point Residence（发展总值15亿令吉），认购率亮眼。

2017财年中，Sentul Point占新销售36%，United Point Residence则贡献35%。

（吉隆坡27日讯）UOA发展（UOA Development Bhd）第三季净利微滑1%，主要由于销售成本的增长幅度高于营业额。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，截至9月杪第三季净利报9216万令吉，去年同期为9320万令吉。

营业额从2亿6126万令吉，增15%或3912万令吉，至3亿38万令吉，而销售成本大涨71%或7919万令吉，至1亿9048万令吉，同期报1亿1129万令吉。

该集团指出，该期间的营业额和净利表现，主要归功于逐步确认进行中的项目，即United Point Residence、Sentul Point Suite Apartments、South Link Lifestyle Apartment，以及竣工办公室与住宅单位的销售。

累积2018财政年首9个月业绩，净利按年下跌21%至2亿4247万令吉，同期为3亿878万令吉；营业额从8亿7976万令吉，跌12%至7亿7733万令吉。

该集团表示，截至9月30日的季度新产业销售约为11亿4000万令吉。截至9月的未入账销售约为16亿7000万令吉。

UOA说，将继续专注于目标地理位置的发展，并继续评估符合标准的土地收购机会。
