宏达资源上半年凈利暴涨458%

（吉隆坡19日讯）基于有利的產品组合及提高成本效益，宏达资源（HANDAL，7253，主板贸服股）2014財政年上半年（截至6月30日止）净利按年暴涨458%，至125万令吉，去年同期为22万令吉；而累积营业额为4964万令吉，按年成长20.2%，去年同期为4128万令吉。

然而，该集团2014財政年次季净利为70万令吉，按年下滑11.53%，去年同期为79万令吉；而次季营业额则从去年同期的2154万令吉，按年提升19.12%，至2566万令吉。

他表示，宏达资源迄今的订单合约有约2亿6400万令吉，將可为集团未来4年带来持续的贡献。

宏达获630万起重机合约

（吉隆坡3日讯）宏达资源（Handal，7253，主板贸服股）获得来自砂拉越蜆壳颁发的起重机製造订单，价值630万令吉合约。

宏达资源今日发文告指出，该合约將由其独资子公司--宏达岸外服务私人有限公司负责设计、供应和交付一架基座式起重机予砂拉越蜆壳，该起重机將採用于岸外E6油田发展计划。

此外，该合约为期1年，这表示宏达资源必须在1年內完成和交付有关起重机。

宏达资源副董事经理佐依汉尼在文告中指出，贏得此项合约证明国际石油和天然气巨头对公司专业能力的信心。

他也说， 隨著此项新合约，公司的订单总值已达到1亿9100万令吉（包括油气支援服务合约，如维修和保养），合约交付时间是到2018年。

宏达岸外服务公司是一家海上起重机製造商，其专长是美国石油协会（A P I）2 C海上基座式起重机，以及提供有关起重机的製造，维修及保养服务。

宏達資源 第3季淨賺239萬

（吉隆坡18日訊）宏達資源（HANDAL，7253，主要板貿服）起重機業務貢獻佳，2014財年第3季轉虧為盈錄得239萬令吉淨利，相較去年同期則虧損58萬令吉；期間營業額按年增27%至2431萬令吉，隨著油氣領域需求穩健成長，看好可續維持亮眼表現。

該公司第3季每股盈利報1.49仙，去年同期虧36仙。

宏達資源今日發佈文告指出，起重機業務貢獻帶動第3季財報，連帶推高首9個月淨利表現從淨虧的36萬令吉，轉為獲利364萬令吉。期間營業額按年增22.5%，錄得7395萬令吉。

展望未來，該公司看好我國油氣業務需求將穩定成長，連帶可帶動旗下業務成長，縱使市場競爭激烈，相信仍能續取得良好表現。【中国报财经】

（吉隆坡15日訊）宏達資源（HANDAL，7253，主要板貿服）獲得工程、採購、建築及委外（EPCC）合約，值達450萬令吉。

該公司發佈文告指出，子公司宏達資源工程（Handal Engineering）與馬石油Lubricants International私人有限公司（簡稱PLISB）達成協議，為后者提供工程、採購、建築及委外服務。

宏達資源工程于2010年曾接獲PLISB同類型合約，為馬石油位于馬六甲一廠房的22個油庫提供工程、採購、建築及委外服務。

如今上述最新合約需時9個月完成，宏達資源工程將即刻動工，預計可貢獻宏達資源截至12月底2015財年的財報。【中国报财经】

提供沙肯石油起重机 宏达获1460万合约

（吉隆坡5日讯）宏达资源（HANDAL，7253，主板贸服股）获沙肯石油（SKPETRO，5218，主板贸服股）颁发总值1460万令吉，岸外构台起重机合约。

该公司发表文告，将在1年内，为沙肯石油采购、建筑、安装和测试所订购的起重机。

宏达资源集团顾问兼副董事经理佐尔依马努尔通过文告说：“在目前油气领域充满挑战的情况下，我们还能够获得著名业者颁发合约，是一件值得振奋的事。”

他补充，加上近月来，陆续获得的国际合约，证明了该公司的竞争力，且也将进一步强化公司的记录。

他说，加上最新的合约，宏达资源起重机建造和服务业务至今订单达1亿9400万令吉，料能够支撑公司营业额至2018年。

净利翻3倍

佐尔依马努尔还指出，2014财年表现亮眼，截至去年12月底，净利按年暴增3倍，从200万令吉，增至620万令吉，主要受惠于更高的销售额和营运效率提升。

同时，起重机业务和油槽业务销售额更高，2014财年的营业额也上涨22.9%，达1亿2380万令吉。

该公司也非常注重公司的安全，最近还为公司员工及客户一同进行了安全培训。

攫取油价回弹商机 宏达竞标2.77亿合约

（吉隆坡15日讯）宏达（HANDAL，7253，主板贸服股）表示，由于公司手持1.78亿令吉订单，加上正在竞标2.77亿令吉的合约，因此对前景相当乐观。

集团董事经理兼总执行长玛立里扎透过文告称，随着油价回扬，油气领域逐渐摆脱阴霾，同时也带来商机。

“从去年底开始，我们已获得数项起重机制造订单，而且也接获起重机维修合约。”

目前，宏达手持订单总值1.78亿令吉，足以让公司忙碌至后年。

其中1.23亿令吉来自起重机维修合约，1700万令吉是油气下游服务和修井合约；剩余的3800万令吉为起重机制造订单，预计这些起重机将在今年交付。

宏达的主要业务，是为油气公司提供岸外起重机服务，客户包括沙肯石油（SKPETRO，5218，主板贸服股）、砂拉越蚬壳、韩国现代重工业及马国际船务（MISC，3816，主板贸服股）。

今年业绩向好

另外，宏达在登嘉楼的2台API2C型起重机，提高营运效率，助公司竞标更多订单。

“我们致力于提高手持订单，因此，公司正竞标总值达2.77亿令吉的合约。”

（吉隆坡22日讯）由于油市市况不佳，宏达资源（HANDAL，7253，主板贸服股）与澳洲MEO公司同意，终止风险服务合约（RSC）协议。

根据文告，考量到当前本地市场，以及国家石油（Petronas）押后小型油田的RSC活动，公司在2013年与澳洲MEO公司签署的RSC协议，经双方考虑后宣告终止。
今年2月，国油表示由于国际油价低于每桶80美元，RSC合约不利集团，因此短期内料不再新颁相关合约。

宏达资源2013年与澳洲MEO签订的协议中，将负责上游业务所需的专业和当地知识，后者则提供勘探、鉴定、发展和生产方面的专业知识。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡18日讯）宏达（HANDAL，7253，主板贸服股）截至6月30日次季，净赚暴涨2.63倍，收253万2000令吉，或相等于每股盈利1.58仙。

上财年同期净赚69万8000令吉，或每股0.44仙。

根据文告，当季营业额增长18.47%，获3039万5000令吉；上财年同期报2565万7000令吉。

除电信与广播系统供应业务，其它业务营业额和赚幅均提高，带动公司税前盈利暴增。

合计上半年，该公司首6个月净利暴涨1.45倍，报306万4000令吉；营业额则涨2.08%，写5067万2000令吉。

宏达与Nabors合作探討油气业新商机

（吉隆坡5日讯）宏达资源（HANDAL，7253，主板贸服股）今天通过子公司Handrill私人有限公司，与Nabors钻油国际公司签署谅解备忘录（MOU），并相互藉助科技技术，以探討大马油气领域钻井平台业务的新商机。

宏达资源董事经理兼首席执行员马列利札尔指出，藉著Nabors在钻井领域的技术，双方將合作积极地拓展新业务，包括油井维修项目、岸外基座式起重机製造合约等。同时亦合作发展及销售传统修井机。

马列表示，通过这项合作，相信可获得几项新合约，惟他表示，並未对这项合作何时能带来新合约及贡献设下时限及目標。

他是在该公司今天与Nabors交换谅解备忘录的仪式后，对媒体发表以上谈话。

Nabors成立於百慕达，母公司为美国上市公司--纳伯斯工业公司（Nabors IndustriesLtd），在大马拥有40年歷史。

Nabors高级副总裁苏伯德表示，通过这项合作，目前將会专注于大马的油气领域业务，但在未来希望可將业务拓展至东南亚市场。

「吉隆坡是东南亚的金融中心，因此我们选择该地作为发展主轴。」

洽谈收购

对於目前油气领域放缓的情况，马列指出，本地油气领域充满挑战且较为严峻，但所幸该公司手持长期合约，因此影响不大。

宏达资源目前订单总额达2亿9000万令吉，並可延续至2018年。当中有80%来自本地，而另外的20%则来自海外市场。

此外，他披露，该公司目前正与多方进行洽谈，以寻求收购对象，而当中多为上游业务公司。「本地公司应多合作，以起到互补效果，目前有许多公司提供重叠性质的服务，因此未能达到更高的工作效率。」

NABORS is engaged in the business of drilling exploratory and development oil and gas wells, working over or servicing existing wells, providing comprehensive oilfield hauling, engineering, civil construction, logistics, and facilities maintenance and project management services. The rationale for the MOU is to accommodate the intention of both HSB and NABORS to explore the possibility of forming a strong cooperative relationship developed as a result of significant effort to capture several business opportunities with mutually beneficial outcomes (“Cooperation”), including but not limited to: (a)  Jointly developing and marketing Conventional Workover Rig(s) (smaller, lighter, cost effective and fit for purpose); (b)  Overhauling and maintenance, manufacturing or fabrication of new offshore pedestal cranes, offshore crane rental business, workover projects and related services; and (c)  Other opportunities to be mutually agreed. The objective of the Cooperation is to work together to explore business opportunities relating to Malaysian rig business, comprising drilling and workover operations. The MOU shall remain valid for a period of six (6) months unless its term is extended by mutual written agreement or until it is replaced in whole or in part by definitive agreements or either party can terminate the MOU by giving at least thirty (30) days prior written notice in writing to the other Party. The MOU is not expected to immediately have any material effects on the earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing and share capital of HRB for the financial year ending 31st December 2015. 宏达资源向大马交易所报备，独资子公司 Handal Engineering私人有限公司（HESB）今日与吉兰丹州务大臣机构（PMBK）以及  Tirai Dimensi私人有限公司，就这项计划签署暂定协议书（HOA）。

文告补充，特别用途公司 Tirai Dimensi的发起人或创办人，在石油与天然气领域有超过20年的经验。

宏达获2200万合约 维护岸外起重机

（吉隆坡21日讯）宏达资源（HANDAL，7253，主板贸服股）获总值2200万令吉合约，提供岸外起重机维护和维修服务。

根据文告，独资子公司宏达岸外服务，是在本月10日获大马Talisman颁发上述合约，为期两年，并有1年延长选择权，已从当日生效。

纳入上述新合约，公司未完成订单达1亿7400万令吉，期长至2018年。

集团顾问兼副董事经理佐尔依马努尔指出，即便油气领域当前挑战大，但该公司已锁定一些商机，特别是在服务供应方面，继续为油气主要业者的营运提供服务。

（吉隆坡22日讯）宏达资源（HANDAL，7253，主板贸服股）截至去年12月杪末季，净利按年增8.3%。

该季净利从前年同季的265万令吉，扬至去年年的287万令吉，归功于营运收入增加，以及提升营运效率。

不过，营业额则从前年的4988万9000令吉，减少至4106万令吉，跌幅达17.7%。

油田营业额跌

公司指出，由于旗下油田修井业务和工业设备的供应、制造、服务业务的营业额减少，导致整体营业额下跌。

累计全年，该公司净利按年减少5%，录得597万6000令吉；营业额则按年滑7.4%至1亿1463万6000令吉。【南洋网财经】
