共1365萬股‧達加富5董事獲購股權

（吉隆坡16日訊）過去數月股價飆漲的達加富資源（TAKASO，7071，主板消費品組）宣佈，將向包括5名董事在內的人士發出購股權，總共涉及1千365萬5千600股。
該公司發表文告說，購股權行使價為每股25仙，與最近5天加權股價相同。
5名獲得購股權的董事包括執行主席鄭志成與執行董事陳文錦各獲167萬股，3名獨立非執行董事東姑馬克拉德、陳偉進（音譯）和阿末魯斯蘭各獲66萬8千股，總數達534萬4千股。
過去數月，達加富資源多次因股票價量齊升，而接獲大馬股票交易所發出不尋常交投質詢。上月初，該股曾飆至51仙高峰，目前徘徊於25仙水平，今日也收在同樣價位，無起落，成交量達1千248萬5千200股。（星洲日報／財經）

达加富资源拟私配 最高可筹563万

（吉隆坡25日讯）为了满足与Pekana Astana公司合作所需的营运资金，达加富资源（Takaso，7071，主板消费产品股）建议私下配售活动，最高或筹563万3700令吉。
达加富资源建议，私下配售不超过股本的10%于待定投资者，预计私配后的扩大股本为2亿2534万8815股，相等于5633万7204令吉。此次私配发售价不可低于25仙的股票面值，以及5日加权平均市场价的10%，并会在6个月内分批执行。
假设发售价为25仙，最低可筹获371万8575令吉，最高可达563万3700令吉。
达加富资源表示，所筹集资金将用作与Pesaka Astana（马）私人有限公司的合作计划上，其余则会用作偿还私配费用。
本月4日，达加富资源宣布与PesakaAstana签署合作备忘录，后者核心业务是制造、装配或定制各种规格车辆，客户包括大马政府。早前也有消息透露，两家公司获大马国防部的军用车供应合约，总值高达1亿2000万令吉。[南洋商报财经]

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to clarify that in the event TRB does not proceed with the project collaboration with PASB, the proceeds of up to RM3.655 million (under the Minimum Scenario) and RM5.561 million (under the Maximum Scenario) from the Proposed Private Placement will be utilised for working capital purposes (i.e. to purchase materials) to support the existing business operations of the Group without incurring additional finance cost as compared to bank borrowings. As stated in the unaudited financial statements of the TRB Group for the three (3)-months FPE 31 October 2012, approximately RM10.43 million raised from the Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants in September 2011 has not been utilised but the majority has been earmarked for overseas expansion, new business investment and capital expenditure.

達加富資源 斥254萬泰買地資產

（吉隆坡9日訊）達加富資源（TAKASO，7071，主要板消費）與Furnustry有限公司簽署買賣協議，以2500萬泰銖（約254萬7000令吉），在泰國購地和房地產。
該公司向馬證交所報備指出，達加富資源收購的土地面積為2萬5788平方呎，及土地上所有房產和資產。該公司將通過內部融資或向銀行貸款方式集資。
藉此，達加富資源有意開拓其他國家，通過設立新分銷中心和行銷中心來加強營業額成長。
該公司計劃在泰國設立新子公司，以管理當地運作，因此需在當地購置房產。
上述收購活動預計將加強富資源未來成長，及在擴展全球市場方面做出正面貢獻。[中国报财经]

多元化收入来源 达加富进军食品业

（吉隆坡14日讯）达加富资源（Takaso，7071，主板消费股）计划多元化收入来源至即食业务。
该公司的文告指出，针对这项新的业务方向，达家富资源已经採取了相关的研究，包括市场调查及食品科技研究。
达家富资源集团执行主席郑志成表示，「这相信是我们可以探討的行业，因为大马的食品文化相当丰富，人们在一天当中的任何时候，对食品都有需求。」
「在进军泰国树胶產品的扩充计划下，我们意外发现，当地的食品科技比我们在这里的水平先进许多。因此，我们进行了一些研究及市场调查，並相信这个领域有一定的潜能。」
他表示，达加富资源並没有打算改变公司的核心业务，也就是树胶及婴儿產品，但公司希望在机会降临之际，可以小规模的发展其他业务，而这其实也是公司所熟悉的製造相关业务。
该公司表示，会从小规模做起，之后才慢慢壮大。为了这项新业务的融资，该公司將重组其財务，包括私下配售股票给特定投资的方式集资，或委任顾问提供相关的諮询。
公司希望能够逐步累积先进储备，將贷款减少以节省利息成本，这也將间接强化其现金储备。
因此，达加富资源希望，通过多元化收入来源，为公司带来更佳的前景。
该股在10月中开始展开一轮涨势，从0.20令吉，走高至0.255令吉，之后稍微回调再衝高，该股在週四进一步走高至0.275令吉，全天上涨1仙或3.77%，成交量为1186万1500股。[东方日报财经] |
