（吉隆坡29日讯）Green Ocean Corp Bhd期望，建材商拿督斯里周明德成为公司大股东将有助于获取必要资金，以加强油棕加工业务。

总财务长Yong Wai Kin表示，与创办振兴集团（Chin Hin Group Bhd）的周明德探讨进一步商业机会前，提高Green Ocean唯一棕仁压榨厂和棕油提炼厂的产能是优先事项。

振兴集团制造和销售建筑相关产品。

Yong今日出席股东常年大会后向记者说：“我们欢迎新的大股东。（但）我们不会只依赖他们的其他业务。”

“他们的加入，将有助于提高银行家的信心，令我们获取所需的营运资本，使厂房全面运行。”

格林欧深私配筹379万

（吉隆坡11日讯）格林欧深（GOCEAN，0074，创业板）献议，私下配售高达2633万7300股新股，冀望可筹集高达379万令吉。

格林欧深向交易所报备，这相等于股本的10%。假设每股私配价为14.39仙，预计将筹得高达379万令吉。

筹获款项，当中的314万令吉将用来购买棕仁、50万令吉用作办公室装修，以及剩余的15万令吉为私配的开销。

董事部认为，私配是最具成本效益的筹资方法，让公司能在短期内获得额外资金以满足营运资本需求。

（吉隆坡20日讯）Green Ocean Corp Bhd董事经理Datuk Tan See Meng以私人理由离职，其职务将由执行董事Mohd Yusri Md Yusof接棒。

年届60的Tan，自2013年12月27日起，出任集团董事经理一职。

根据文告，Tan也是Sawit Raya私人有限公司创办人兼董事经理。这家公司成立于1983年，从事棕油贸易及提炼活动。

Yusri则在诺桑比亚大学（University of Northumbria）纽卡斯尔商学院考获商业领袖硕士荣誉，他是马来西亚内部审计师协会的成员，从1993年起踏足银行与金融服务领域，曾在太平洋银行（The Pacific Bank Bhd）和EON银行集团工作（EON Bank Group Bhd）。

另一方面，集团独立兼非执行董事Ooi Say Teik（57岁）也因私人理由离职。
