（吉隆坡20日讯）Green Ocean Corp Bhd董事经理Datuk Tan See Meng以私人理由离职，其职务将由执行董事Mohd Yusri Md Yusof接棒。

年届60的Tan，自2013年12月27日起，出任集团董事经理一职。

根据文告，Tan也是Sawit Raya私人有限公司创办人兼董事经理。这家公司成立于1983年，从事棕油贸易及提炼活动。

Yusri则在诺桑比亚大学（University of Northumbria）纽卡斯尔商学院考获商业领袖硕士荣誉，他是马来西亚内部审计师协会的成员，从1993年起踏足银行与金融服务领域，曾在太平洋银行（The Pacific Bank Bhd）和EON银行集团工作（EON Bank Group Bhd）。

另一方面，集团独立兼非执行董事Ooi Say Teik（57岁）也因私人理由离职。

綠洋獲頒7000萬合約

（吉隆坡1日訊）綠洋（GOCEAN，0074，創業板科技股）獲頒總值7000萬令吉棕櫚仁粕油物料平衡（Mass Balance）供應合約。

綠洋向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司Ace Edible Oil Industries私人有限公司，與Palm-Oleo（巴生）私人有限公司簽署銷售協議，以提供棕櫚仁粕油物料平衡。

根據報備文件，這項銷售協議為期約10個月，至今年12月底，價值約7000萬令吉。

綠洋認為，是項合約將貢獻公司營業額和獲利。【中国报财经】
