the entire building has central heating, it is called hydronic heating where gas heated hot water is circulated throughout the building, each bedroom and bathroom has a radiator plate on the wall where the hot water passes through. It is a very effective way of heating.
Two of the rooms do not have electric blankets because they are to be replaced before winter, I am not sure which room you are planning on staying in?

其实我有在google translate料，可是乱七八糟
整個大樓有中央供暖系統，它被稱為是整個建築散發氣體加熱熱水循環加熱，每間臥室和浴室有一個牆壁上的熱水通過散熱器板。這是一個非常有效的方法加熱。
兩個房間沒有電熱毯，因為他們要在冬天到來之前取代
