（吉隆坡16日讯）方正（PUC，0007，创业板）以550万令吉，向大马统一合作（KUB，6874，主板贸服股）收购办公室单位。
方正文告指，独资子公司Founder Pay与大马统一合作签约，购买后者位于八打灵再也的永久地契办公室单位。
目前，方正以每月1万7500令吉租下目前办公室，但租约将在今年5月到期。

發電站計劃有望獲批 方正連日受追捧

（八打靈再也4日訊）大馬永續能源發展局（SEDA）即將公佈審批結果，讓有分申請太陽能發電站項目的方正（PUC，0007，創業板科技）連日交投活絡。
方正發佈文告指出，旗下能源子公司已向該發展局，提交1兆瓦（MW）太陽能發電站項目的申請。
該公司說，根據該發展局的正式通告，預計下週一（9日）將公佈審批結果。
隨著該發展局即將公佈審批結果，及潛在獲太陽能發電站項目利好因素帶動，方正週二（3日）獲得市場熱烈追捧，全日共有6973萬股，為創業板十大熱門股之一，股價一度攀升2.5仙或17%至17.5仙，閉市報16.5仙，起1.5仙或10%。
方正今日交投持續活絡，卻回吐漲幅，以16.5仙開盤無起落，不久便陷跌，遊走介于15.5仙至16.5仙之間，休市暫掛15.5仙，下滑1仙；半日成交量達479萬3300股。

（吉隆坡16日讯）方正（PUC，0007，创业板）宣布，获颁为电力回购计划（Feed-in tariff）批准持有者，供电给国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸服股）。
根据文告，方正子公司MaxGreen能源（简称MGE），从永续能源发展机构（SEDA）获颁为电力收购批准持有者，以开发和经营一座太阳能光伏发电厂房。
该厂房位于吉打双溪大年，占地2.5英亩。
国能将与MGE签署协议，所生产的电源将根据电力回购计划的固定收费，卖给国能。
董事经理张家榤表示，供电给国能可为公司带来持续收入，进军太阳能光伏发电项目也是在预期内。
目前，该厂房的产能仅为1兆瓦。
短期内，方正有意将产能提升至50兆瓦。
同时，将使用合适的融资管道筹资，包括向银行贷款、发出附加股、私下配售和策略投资等。
SEDA共拨出32兆瓦的限额，给非个人太阳能光伏发电，并一共接获146份申请。
而MGE正是其中一家获颁电力回购计划的批准持有者之一。 |

（吉隆坡10日讯）再生能源业务赚幅达10%以上，稳定的收入有助方正（PUC，0007，创业板）未来发展，预计首个电力回购计划（Feed-in tariff）将在今年第4季，开始贡献100万令吉的盈利。
董事经理张家榤表示，再生能源的发展是全球最主要的趋势之一，前景相当亮眼，除了具备可观的赚幅，也可捎来稳定的经常收入。
“我们正在寻找稳定和经常的营业额来源，而再生能源是我们的首选，因为业务的增长和发展潜力非常强劲。”
