巴斯迪無法如期呈財報

（吉隆坡2日訊）巴斯迪控股（PASDEC，6912，主板產業組）坦承無法如期提呈截至2011年12月31日止財政年財務報告。

該公司發表文告表示，由於外部稽查師仍進行審計工作，以致該公司無法如期提交財務報表，以及董事及稽查報告。

“一旦稽查師完成賬目審計，我們將儘快提交公司財務報告。”

配合上述消息的公佈，巴斯迪控股今日暫停交易1小時，於10時恢復交易，閉市時報37仙，下跌了2仙。（星洲日報／財經）

馬證交所文件指出，若該公司在五天內無法繳交財報，該股必須在9日上午9時停牌。

彭亨發展機構 料月底前交財報

（吉隆坡4日訊）已遭馬交所勒令從9日起停牌交易的彭亨發展機構（PASDEC，6912，主要板房產）預計，拖欠截至2011年12月31日的財報可于月底前提呈。

該公司早在1日已向馬證交所報備，無法如期呈交財報而遭勒令停牌。

今日另外再報備指，主要是審計公司目前在審核收購的彭亨岸外私人有限公司，旗下一活躍的子公司及位于南非的聯號公司賬目。

審計公司遲至4月30日才通知彭亨發展機構仍需時間完成最后階段的審核，為此公司董事局預計在5月31日前將可提呈拖欠的財報。[ChinaPress]

（吉隆坡4日訊）巴斯迪控股（PASDEC,6912,主板產業組）旗下南非子公司的賬目出現疑團，外部稽查師正進行查核及需尋求專家意見，導致該公司無法如期提呈截至2011年12月31日止財政年財務報告。

巴斯迪控股在文告中指出，外部稽查師正在查證彭亨岸外私人有限公司收購計劃的賬目處理方式，彭亨岸外有一家子公司和聯號公司在南非營運。
外部稽查師要求外部專家對該南非子公司和聯號公司的收購和表現提供意見。

無論如何，巴斯迪控股管理層在4月30日才獲悉外部稽查師的要求，而外部專家的意見需要時間來完成。

該公司預計在本月31日之前提呈財務報告，該股將從下週三（9日）起停牌直至另行通知。

巴斯迪控股曾於去年10月宣佈以逾1千826萬令吉收購一家南非企業CRH非洲汽車公司的30.87%股權。

馬證交所報備文告指出，該公司已于本月31日（週四）呈交逾期的已審計財報，準于明日重新交易。

关丹建航空培训学校 彭亨发展 MATA签约

（吉隆坡19日讯）彭亨发展控股（Pasdec，6912，主板产业股）子公司与大马航空培训学院（MATA）签署了解备忘录，探讨在关丹兴建新校园、提供维护、维修及检修（MRO）服务和培训见习机师的可能性。

彭亨发展控股向大马交易所报备指出，独资子公司彭亨飞机领域私人有限公司（PAI）与MATA签署了解备忘录，双方将探讨发展关丹一块面积29英亩地段。
受大马民用航空局鼓吹，两家公司计划在上述地段兴建航空培训学校。

此外，两者更计划为飞机和航空领域提供维护、维修及检修服务，以及培训见习机师。

上述了解备忘录为期12个月，由执行日开始算起。

若两家公司同意提早终止了解备忘录，双方的合作探讨将终止。[]Nanyang

彭發展機構獲沙UMS特區合約

（吉隆坡21日訊）彭亨發展機構（PASDEC，6912，主要板房產）全資公司獲UMS控股私人有限公頒發工程，負責沙巴UMS聯結國際特區（UMS Link International Precinct）發展計劃。

該公司董事局今日向馬證交所報備，全資公司彭亨機構與Ashbayu Conlay集團合組聯營，玔url=home.php?mod=space&uid=257621]@UMS[/url] Link控股私人有限公司頒發意向書，負責UMS聯結國際特區購買、承建、租賃與讓渡工程。

文告說，上述工程主要是為沙巴大學（UMS）設立教育中心與教育相關商用大廈，承建物包括辦公大樓、商業中心、服務公寓與酒店等，將在工程開跑的36個月內竣工。

“聯營公司彭亨發展KAC需以聯營方名義收購有關工程，同時成立特別用途工具（SPV）公司，管理上述工程。”[中国报财经]

The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") is pleased to announce that Pasdec Bina Sdn. Bhd. ("Pasdec Bina"), a wholly owned subsidiary of PASDEC, had accepted the Letter of Award issued by Pahang Specialist Hospital Sdn. Bhd. ("Employer"), an associate company of PASDEC, for the construction and completion of main contract works for "Cadangan Membina Sebuah Hospital Pakar Swasta 9 Tingkat di atas sebahagian Lot 105703 (HSM 65652), Tanjung Lumpur, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, Pahang Darul Makmur (Package 2)" ("Contract") for a contract sum of RM57,950,000.00. The duration of the Contract is 18 months to be completed on 29 October 2014. Pasdec Bina had taken possession of the site on 30 April 2013. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of PASDEC for the financial years during the Contract period. The Company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risk arising from the acceptance of the Contract, which is part of the ordinary business of PASDEC Group. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of PASDEC, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. The Board is of the opinion that the Contract is in the best interest of the Company.
