[求助] 想refinance我的屋子

我屋子的lockdown period过了。我想refinance减低利息。请问各位大大有那一间银行的package较值得？
排屋（现在出租）楼龄: 10+年
outstanding剩下50k左右。
楼价估计200k左右吧。
借70%然后再把多余的钱放回去loan account可以吗？ |

最近，渣打银行(Standard Chartered)推出全新Easy Financing配套，这配套很适合大家做房贷再融资(Mortgage Refinancing)，因为大家可以省下昂贵的Stamp Duty Fee, 只须支付50%的Professional Charges而已。

u aso standard chartered bank ? legal fee 50% discount .. but actually is totally noneed pay aso .. coz can ask lawyer to waive it |
