贸易战轻微冲击影院业务　PPB粮农事业不受影响

（吉隆坡10日讯）PPB集团（PPB，4065，主板消费股）预计，中美爭端的展开將不会衝击该公司的榖粮和农事业务，但电影院业务料受轻微影响。

PPB集团主席丹斯里胡兆南在今日股东特別大会后的记者会上指出，目前我国各领域的发展前景因中美贸易战的开打，变得格外不明朗。

他称：「今年是充满挑战的一年。不过，中美贸易战对PPB集团核心业务影响不大，惟较低迷的消费情绪或会影响电影放映与发行业务。」

另外，针对绿色和平组织（Greenpeace）报告指PPB集团的新加坡联號公司--丰益国际（Wilmar International）破坏印尼原始森林，该公司两名高级行政人员在上週四（15日）辞职，胡兆南表示，对该公司是否涉及破坏原始森林並不知情。

他表示，目前丰益国际的作业一切如常，而PPB集团也未因此受到影响。

另一方面，PPB集团企业事务主管兼嘉通院线（GSC）首席执行员高美莉指出，公司在明年上半年將分別在柔佛州和雪兰莪蕉赖开设新的电影院。

3年开9电影院

「我们计划在未来2至3年內在本地开设9家电影院，资本开销约为3亿令吉。」

除了继续在越南增建Galaxy Studio JSC品牌电影院，PPB集团也计划在柬埔寨开设1家电影院，预计將有9个电影屏幕，耗资费用为400万美元（约1600令吉）。

目前，PPB集团的电影业务盈利贡献比重为20%。

与此同时，PPB集团董事兼联邦集团（FFM）董事经理拿督王汉福透露，FFM计划耗资2000万令吉，在巴生英达岛（Pulau Indah）建设的新生產设施，预计將在2年后正式投產。

另外，在环境工程与公用事业业务方面，该集团截至目前的项目合约总值为3亿令吉，可支撑约1年半的盈利能见度，而参与竞標的合约总值则为3亿至5亿令吉。【东方网财经】

PPB次季净利飆2倍　丰益国际贡献提高

（吉隆坡29日讯）联號公司贡献提高，带动PPB集团（PPB，4065，主板消费股）2018財政年次季（截至6月30日止）净利按年暴增2.27倍，至3亿零447万令吉；营收按年微升2.8%，至10亿8243万令吉。

该公司上半年净利按年增长14.45%，至4亿9399万令吉；营收按年增长6.9%，至22亿2755万令吉。

麵粉和饲料业务赚幅走高，激励穀物和综合饲料部门的业务营运盈利暴涨1倍，至5200万令吉。

与此同时，该公司来自联號公司的贡献，从去年同期的5900万令吉，劲扬至2亿5200万令吉，主要是来自丰益国际（Wilmar）的贡献。丰益国际次季为PPB集团捎来的贡献，从去年同期的4400万令吉急涨至2亿3000万令吉。

值得一提的是，公司的环境工程业务，因为进度入账更高，次季的营运盈利按年大起2.5倍，至530万令吉，对公司贡献良多。

该公司也宣布派发每股8仙的中期股息，除权日为9月13日。【东方网财经】
