The Board of Directors of Pos Malaysia Berhad ("Pos Malaysia"), with regret, wishes to announce the resignation of Dato’ Mohd Shukrie Mohd Salleh as Group Chief Executive Officer  ("GCEO")  effective 31 December 2017. Dato’ Shukrie has expressed his desire to make a career change for quite some time having served DRB-HICOM Berhad, the parent company of Pos Malaysia for 12 years including serving Pos Malaysia for five years. During his tenure, Dato’ Shukrie has served Pos Malaysia well which saw many key initiatives undertaken. Dato’ Shukrie also played a vital role in the acquisition of logistics related assets, consummating strategic collaboration with Lazada Malaysia, one of the pivotal elements of the newly launched Digital Free Trade Zone by the Government recently as well as other collaboration with Tigers Limited of Hong Kong, amongst others. This has resulted in Pos Malaysia achieving one of its highest share price and by extension one of the highest market capitalisation as well. The Company wishes to state that during Dato’ Shukrie’s leadership, Pos Malaysia saw consistent improvements in its business operations. The Boards of DRB-HICOM and Pos Malaysia expressed their gratitude for his immense contribution both at DRB-HICOM and at Pos Malaysia. The Boards wish him the best in his future undertakings. The Board of Directors of Pos Malaysia wishes to announce that Dato’ Azlan bin Shahrim has been appointed as the Covering GCEO and shall report to the Board until a suitable candidate is appointed.

大马邮政快递明年料增21%

（吉隆坡12日讯）大马邮政（POS，4634，主板贸服股）预计，邮递臂膀大马邮政快递（PosLaju）今年将贡献营业额约7亿令吉，而明年则料维持增长20至21%。

大马邮政集团营运总监拿督阿兹兰，今日出席Pos Laju预付竞赛后对媒体说，Pos Laju在过去三年，运输服务按年劲扬约20%，符合我国正在拓展的电子商务趋势。

电商提振

他还说，Pos Laju是集团的最大营业额贡献来源，虽然比其他国家每年增长20至25%相对低，惟受到电子商务的提振，预计会继续贡献营业额增长。

接下来，大马邮政会继续改善服务，包括增加接触点，以让顾客更容易获得服务。

目前，大马邮政拥有约700间邮政局、86间Pos Laju中心，并计划在近期内增加20个分店，及扩大合约客户的上门收货服务。

阿兹兰称，大马邮政目前的合约客户达2万2000人，占营业额贡献45%比重。【e南洋】

大马邮政（POS，4634，主板贸服股）集团总执行长拿督苏克里沙烈辞职，从12月31日起生效。

该集团昨日向交易所报备，在母公司多元重工（DRBHCOM，1619，主板工业产品股）工作12年后，包括大马邮政任期5年，苏克里沙烈表示想要转换工作已有一段时间。

行家建议：

我们对这项消息感到惊讶，预计市场负面看待苏克里沙烈辞职，料近期股价会受到影响。

他自2015年11月担任集团总执行长期间，大马邮政所推行的管理战略更清晰，并收购和整合多个物流资产，使得公司净利逐步改善，以及改善公司股价。

无论如何，我们维持“买入”评级和目标价6.30令吉，预计管理层最近实施成本优化和供应新产品的举措，能使公司保持在正轨。

鉴于大马邮政在电商界的领导地位、广泛的邮政网络覆盖，以及与大马Lazada合作，我们相信能从电子商务的增长趋势中受惠，这应该能助缓解邮件业务的下滑。

傅文耀．岂止是市场供需那么简单

大马邮政（POS，4634，主板贸服组）任职才短短2年的首席执行员拿督莫哈末苏克里，上周一突然辞职，使得市场谣言四起，公司股价也受到影响，周二下挫29仙或5.3%。

令人惊讶的是，在公司管理层出现重大变动后，该公司拥有绝佳机会对外解释，因为第二天该公司举办了一项公开活动，不过，在现场，高层并没有做出任何解释，莫哈末苏克里更是在半途离场，留下一整桌发楞记者。

将在下个月出任代首席执行员的首席营运员拿督阿兹兰，受询及莫哈末苏克里辞职原因以及他的代理任期时，他如录音机般复述了前一天的文告内容。

针对掌舵人突然下台，导致公司股价大幅下滑，阿兹兰则回应道：“股价下挫纯粹只是市场供需问题。”

这个答案给人的第一个印像是，一点诚意都没有。

虽然莫哈末苏克里上任只有短短两年，但是他在任内确实带领大马邮政步上了转型之路。但就在大马邮政从传统邮局转型为快递物流公司之际，他潇洒地挥一挥手离去，留下了投资者满肚子疑惑。

去年，大马邮政最大收购计划——吉隆坡机场服务公司（KLAS），他是一大功臣。

在2015年出任大马邮政首席执行员之前，莫哈末苏克里也在母公司多元资源工业（DRBHCOM，1619，主板工业产品组）服务长达12年。多元资源工业现在也正进行重大改革，苏克里在这个时候离开大马邮政或多元资源工业，原因确实令人感到好奇。

虽然一位高阶管理层离职，并不会令一家上市公司基本面在一夜之间改变，但是投资者并不喜欢这样的惊吓。掌舵人离职是一件可管理事情，只要公司稍微准备一下，开诚布公对外界清楚说明，公司股价波动或许就会稍微减轻。

无论如何，市场人士对该公司获利前景依然看好，主要是大马政府正大力推动数码经济，电子商务活动只有增无减，快递物流需求也持续攀升。

作为一家上市公司，该公司日常业务营运或许及格，但对外界沟通能力，确实需要改善。

大马邮政颁805万合约

（吉隆坡29日讯）大马邮政（POS，4634，主板贸服股）颁出总值804万7593令吉的合约，为旗下的吉隆坡廉航终站（LCCT）重新装修和发展计划引进通讯科技（ICT）和保安服务。

大马邮政向马交所报备，子公司Pos Aviation已在今日颁发合约给资讯科技公司PST Ventures。

Pos Aviation早前获得大马机场（AIRPORT，5014，主板贸服股）颁发献议书，为配合政府推动的数字自由贸易区（DFTZ）项目，与大马Lazada在LCCT设立一座电子商务区域分销中心。

根据文告，PST Ventures将会为Pos Aviation提供最崭新的ICT基建设备和保安服务。

上述合约的金额，将从Pos Aviation的内部资金筹得。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡23日讯）大马邮政（Pos Malaysia Bhd）宣布，委任49岁的Al-Ishsal Ishak为集团总执行长，2月2日起生效。

前总执行长Datuk Mohd Shukrie Mohd Salleh于去年12月11日辞职，引发大马邮政股票面对一些抛售压力。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，此外，Datuk Azlan Shahrim将卸下代集团总执行长之职，并继续担任大马邮政的邮政和快递部总营运长。

Al-Ishsal的职业生涯始于Turnaround Managers Inc，之后1994至2008年开始从事创业活动，主要是在数字领域。

他还曾担任不同的职务，包括马航（Malaysia Airlines Bhd）市场与产品高级副总裁，以及亚洲航空（AirAsia Bhd）辅助收入部门主管。

在加入大马邮政之前，他是ECO Capital Exchange Ltd（伦敦）东南亚地区董事经理，以及Airbus Group的培训师和顾问。
