大马卡订单减．德达飞讯受影响？

担心者问：
德达飞讯集团（DSONIC,5216,主板贸服组）经过大马卡事件后，获利会受影响吗？业务前景如何？
答：德达飞讯集团2017财政年第三季净利料介于600万令吉至1000万令吉，主要受到政府的“大马卡”订单比预期低拖累，影响业绩表现。
兴业研究最近的一项研究报告显示，该公司的2017财政年第三季净利，料比该行较早时预测的1500万令吉至2000万令吉低，因为政府在此季的大马卡订单落在最低水平，以严控库存以减少持有成本。
目前该公司与政府的大马卡供应合约至2019年12月才到期，随着政府订单较低，使该公司拥有更多较后才交付的库存。预料2017年第四季的大马卡交付将介于80万至100万张，2018及2019年则有望每年交付340万张。
该公司现有的护照业务，约是每月生产20万至25万本的护照，符合市场预测。目前该公司是政府护照3项主要部件供应链的独家供应商。
该公司已向政府建议拥有更好安全特征及加强素质的新设计护照，惟预料价格则保持不变。这主要是提高竞争门槛巩固其地位。预料新设计护照将在2017年中正式推介。
该公司计划提供其他保安认证，包括外劳、现有车辆路税及驾驶执照等，此领域的潜能盈利贡献则尚待观察。由于2017年的政府大马卡订单料走低，该行将其2017至2019年每股净利预测下调7%至15%。
该行对该公司评级维持“买进”，惟目标价则从2令吉下调至1令吉84仙，或等于2017财政年预测本益比25倍水平。

德达飞讯获7972万合约
2017年3月10日
（吉隆坡9日讯）德达飞讯（DSONIC，5216，主板贸服股）宣布，获内政部颁发总值7971万6000令吉或280万张的护照聚碳酸酯数据页面（Polycarbonate data page）供应和个性化服务合约。
该公司今日向马交所报备，该项合约由德达飞讯独资子公司Datasonic科技私人有限公司获得。
得标书条款指出，Datasonic科技需提交7971万6000令吉的履约保证金，有效期限到2019年1月31日。
德达飞讯透露，这是继2012年4月20日，Datasonic科技获内政部颁发相关合约后，颁发额外合约。
加上最新合约，该公司供应大马移民局的护照聚碳酸酯数据页面和个性化服务，从1000万张，增加至1280万；合约总值也从2亿8470万令吉，提高至3亿6441万6000令吉。

最新进展：
德达飞讯（DSONIC，5216，主板贸服股）确认，在本季接获高达100万张大马卡（MyKad）和消耗品的订单。
公司也获内政部颁发得标书，为大马移民局供应280万张，护照聚碳酸酯数据页面和个性化服务，合约价值7971万6000令吉。
加上最新合约，该公司供应的护照聚碳酸酯数据页面和个性化服务，从1000万张增至1280万；合约总值也从2亿8470万令吉，提高至3亿6441万6000令吉。
行家建议：
我们相信，订单回流意味着国家注册局分行的存货水平已回到正常水平，并预计未来交货量将符合每年330万至350万张大马卡的需求。
加上护照配件，2017财年末季净利将提高至1900万至2200万令吉，高于第三季的800万令吉。
针对护照聚碳酸酯数据页面和个性化服务合约，由于距离合约期限不到1年，即明年1月31日，所以我们相信管理层会洽谈更新合约长达5年，这将带来约3至4亿令吉合约价值，并将从明年2月开始生效。
同时，该公司也探讨提供驾照及路税贴纸。
根据每张驾照平均售价7.50至8令吉，而路税贴纸则是2.50至3令吉，每年将带来近1亿令吉营业额。
公司正在敲定建议，并在5、6月提呈给监管单位，合约有可能下半年到手。

德达飞讯获内政部颁布4080万保修服务合约

（吉隆坡27日讯）德达飞讯（Datasonic Group Bhd）包揽一项价值4080万令吉的合约，为国民登记局（JPN）的定制卡中心提供保修服务。
德达飞讯今日向大马交易所报备，独资子公司Datasonic Technologies私人有限公司获得内政部发出的一封决标信，将在合约期间提供102万令吉的履约保证金，合约为期3年，并于2020年4月30日届满。
该集团表示，这项合约预计将为其截至2018年3月31日止的财政年及之后的盈利，以及每股净资产带来进账。
“同时，此合约也不会对本集团的股本和主要股东持股权构成任何影响。”

德达飞讯末季净利跌5%
2017年5月30日
（吉隆坡29日讯）由于新项目成本走高，拖累德达飞讯（DSONIC，5216，主板贸服股）截至3月杪末季，净利按年下跌5.22%；不过仍宣布派息每股1.5仙。
该公司向交易所报备，当季净赚1795万令吉，低于去年同期的1893万9000令吉。
全年赚6266万
末季营业额则按年增25.07%，从上财年同期的7404万9000令吉，上涨至9261万6000令吉。
累计全年，净利微跌0.62%至6265万6000令吉；同期营业额则上涨31.93%至3亿1835万3000令吉。
该公司也宣布派发每股1.5仙的股息，除权日及享有权益日，分别落在下个月7日及9日。
德达飞讯主席丹斯里莫哈末哈欣指：“我们将继续投资在研发及人力资本，加强公司的竞争优势，并为客户提供卓越的解决方案及服务。”

德达飞讯今日向大马交易所报备，截至6月杪2018财政年首季，净利为1512万令吉，低于上财年同期的2079万令吉。
首季营业额 从7608万令吉，跌21%至6010万令吉，归咎于智能卡、消耗品、护照和个性化服务的贡献降低。
该集团宣布派发每股1仙的首个中期股息，享有权益和支付日将适时公布。
“如无意外，集团2018财年的增长前景预期令人满意。”

政府8.8亿合约支撑．德达飞讯放眼更高净利
（吉隆坡13日讯）德达飞讯集团（DSONIC，5216，主板贸服组）在政府合约支撑下，放眼在截至2018年3月31日财政年可录得更高净利。
该集团副董事经理周民民在股东大会后对记者表示，该公司获颁的护照与大马卡材料合约，价值大约8亿8000万令吉，预料可让集团业务继续忙碌5年。
在截至2017年6月30日的首季，身为识别证与系统方案供应商的德达飞讯集团，净利下跌27.24%至1512万令吉，前期则有2079万令吉。
周民民说，净利下跌部份原因是：研究与发展投资成本不小，而且在开斋节期间，市场对护照的需求减少。
该公司季度营业额减少21%至6010万令吉，前期有7608万令吉，精明卡、护照与个人服务等业务的营收下跌。
展望未来，配合公司放眼2025年前成为保安相关方案首要供应商目标，周民民强调，德达飞讯集团将为坦桑尼亚提供所专长的边境管制服务。
不过，他补充，该公司仍在等待精密审核结果，期望可在2018财政年杪落实。

The Company wishes to clarify that the proposed acquisition of a 67% stake in Global Agency Limited (“GAL”), a company incorporated in United Republic of Tanzania is for a total purchase consideration of United States Dollar One (USD1.00) only (“Proposed Acquisition”) and not as reported in the news article.
The details of the Proposed Acquisition have been disclosed in the Company’s announcement entitled “Conditional Share Sale Agreement between Datasonic and Fidelis Christian Bashasha and Charles R B Rwechungura” dated 5 September 2016.
The Company, however, wishes to clarify that the potential contracts expected to be secured by GAL is estimated to be US192 million over a period of 10 years.
The Company would like to highlight that the Proposed Acquisition is still on going and has not yet been completed.
The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad when there is any further development on the Proposed Acquisition.

德达飞讯智慧卡首进印尼

（吉隆坡21日讯）德达飞讯（DSONIC，5216，主板贸服股）宣布，首次将智慧卡业务推进国际市场，进军印尼。
德达飞讯昨日向交易所报备，为方便公司进行上述扩展计划，在印尼已设立一家新独资子公司——PT Datasonic Teknologi私人有限公司。
根据2017年财报，目前公司尚无来自国外的收入，这会是首次进军国外市场。
《The Edge》则引述一名不愿具名的资深职员报道，成立新子公司符合公司扩展国际市场的计划，特别是个人化智慧卡领域。
根据一家爱尔兰的市场研究机构调查显示，截至2016年，智能卡业务的市值高达67亿美元（约281.47亿令吉）。
而亚太地区市场研究机构则指出，全球智能卡业务的市值，有望每年增长率达9.9%，从2017年的28亿美元（约117.63亿令吉）走高至2022年的45亿美元（约189.05亿令吉）。

德达飞讯次季净利扬26% 派息1仙

（吉隆坡24日讯）由于管理层实施有效的控制措施降低了成本，德达飞讯（Datasonic Group Bhd）第二季净利按年上扬26%。
德达飞讯今日向大马交易所报备，截至9月杪2018财政年次季的净利为2006万令吉，或每股1.49仙，上财年同期为1595万令吉，或每股1.18仙。
次季营业额则从7644万令吉，跌4%至7356万令吉，因智能卡和个性化服务的供应减少。
该集团宣布派发每股1仙的第二个中期股息。
综合2018财年首半年的表现，净利跌4%至3518万令吉，同期为3674万令吉；营业额亦跌12%，归因于智能卡供应降。
截至9月30日，该集团的订单近8亿令吉，对未来创收带来正面影响。
德达飞讯表示：“如无意外，2018财年的增长前景令人满意。”
