該公司今日向馬證交所報備，公司在3日接獲內政部的頒發書，獲授權承接一項總值1870萬令吉合約。

此公司將在1年內供應、交付、安裝和測試所有需要用于刷印大馬卡的硬件和軟件，給國民登記局。

根據此頒發書，德達科技有限公司必須在接獲頒發書的14天后，提供達93萬5000令吉的履約保證金至內政部。

（吉隆坡9日讯）德达飞讯（DSONIC，5216，主板贸服股）独资子公司德达飞讯科技私人有限公司宣布，中止与苏丹货币印刷有限公司的了解备忘录。

德达飞讯科技在文告中指出，该公司已经致函苏丹货币印刷，告知有关中止了解备忘录的决定。

德达飞讯科技说：“基于双方无法在苏丹的潜在合作项目达成任何协议，因此，我们决定在中止该备忘录。”

德达飞讯科技与苏丹货币印刷在去年11月2日签署了解备忘录，以探讨在苏丹成立联营公司的可能性。

（吉隆坡18日訊）德達飛訊集團（DSONIC,5216,主板貿服組）擬將股票1拆為5，以強化股票的可負擔性、流動性和交易性。

該公司發文告表示，建議將現每股面值50仙的股票，分拆為5股每股面值10仙的股票，以調整市價來強化其可負擔性，以吸引更廣泛的投資者參與公司業務增長，同時強化股票流動性和交易性。

以截至2013年10月17日止最後交易價計算，股票拆細後，德達飛訊集團股價將從現有的每股4令吉93仙降至98.6仙。

相關計劃不會對德達飛訊集團截至2013年12月31日止財政年盈利和每股盈利帶來任何重大影響，但隨著股本的擴大，集團每股盈利將受到一定比例的稀釋。
