香格里拉Q3净利增8%

（吉隆坡12日讯）Rasa Ria度假村强劲成长推动，香格里拉（SHANG，5517，主板酒店股）截至9月杪第三季净利年增7.85%。
集团首季净赚2393万8000令吉或每股5.44仙，胜于去年同期的2219万6000令吉或5.04仙。
不过，营业额却按年减1.84%，达1亿3096万2000令吉。
首九个月净利年增10.84%，报6938万8000令吉或每股15.77仙；营业额则增2.41%，达3亿8862万9000令吉。【南洋网财经】

聯號虧損‧香格里拉末季淨利跌85%

（吉隆坡23日訊）香格里拉（SHANG,5517,主板旅店組）受緬甸聯號公司虧損和缺乏回撥項目拖累，截至2014年12月31日第四季淨利下跌85.31%至995萬2千令吉。
全年淨利下跌39.14%至7千934萬令吉。
第四季營業額1億2千505萬令吉，下跌5.08%，全年營業額上升0.48%至5億1千367萬9千令吉。
派息9仙
6月3日除權
該公司派發9仙終期股息，除權日為6月3日，享有日為6月5日。
根據公司文告，淨利下跌是由於該公司持有22.22%股權的香格里拉仰光公司，旗下香格里拉產業重估帶來淨合理價虧損，以及2013年回撥在緬甸投資的2千974萬4千令吉減值撥備。
撇除投資產業的合理價值和其它一次過的因素，該集團全年淨利下滑8%至8千712萬7千令吉。
除了Rasa Sayang休閑酒店外，酒店業務整體表現獲得成長，因Rasa Sayang在去年4月至12月月中進行裝修工程，入住率及營業額分別下滑53%及10%。
對於今年前景，管理層基於不明朗環境，認為酒店業務將面臨更多的挑戰。
此外，今年4月Rasa Ria休閑酒店將額外增加83間房間，預計可貢獻公司營業額。

香格里拉首季少赚9%

（吉隆坡19日讯）香格里拉（SHANG，5517，主板酒店股）首季净利跌8.5%，至2557万令吉或相等于每股5.81仙。
去年同期净利为2794万令吉，或6.35仙。
该公司向马交所报备，当季香格里拉营业额跌11.9%，达1.20亿令吉，去年同期录得1.37亿令吉。
香格里拉表示，整体营业额下滑，归咎于整体商业环境疲弱，导致商务和休闲旅客入住率明显下滑。为此，公司会更有效率地管理和控制营运成本。
不过，香格里拉的投资产业业务净利增长5.8%，主要来自UBN大楼（UBN Tower）的贡献。
该公司认为，吉隆坡办公室出租市场，表现将持续良好。【南洋网财经】

第三季赚4172万 香格里拉净利扬74%

（吉隆坡4日讯）香格里拉（SHANG，5517，主板酒店股）截至9月30日财年第三季，净利按年剧增74.3%，至4172万4000令吉，高于上财年同季的2393万8000令吉。
营业额则上扬3.92%，从1亿3096万2000令吉，增至1亿3609万9000令吉。
该公司指，业绩报捷归功于Rasa Ria度假村和Rasa Sayang度假村的营收走高，加上受惠于美元走强的走势。
累积首9个月，净利年增19.77%，报8310万4000令吉；不过营业额则下挫5.75%，至3亿6630万1000令吉。
香格里拉指出，酒店业营运环境充满挑战，不过公司的酒店和度假村在第三季趋向复苏，而商务和休闲旅游走势仍疲弱，尤其是长途旅游。【南洋网财经】

聯號公司虧轉盈‧香格里拉末季淨利飆368%

（吉隆坡24日訊）受聯號公司帶動，香格里拉（SHANG，5517，主板旅店組）截至去年12月31日第四季淨利大漲368.06%至4千658萬2千令吉，全年淨利也揚63.46%至1億2千968萬6千令吉。
派息11仙
營業額方面，該公司第四季成長7.12%至1億3千395萬2千令吉，全年卻下跌2.61%至5億零25萬3千令吉。該公司董事部建議派終期息每股11仙，除權及享有日為6月2及6日。
香格里拉在文告中表示，緬甸的聯號公司在去年轉虧為盈，從2014年的淨虧損132萬令吉轉為淨利2千741萬9千令吉。
根據財報，光在第四季，該公司的聯號公司收入就從虧損363萬9千令吉轉為淨利2千171萬4千令吉。

外汇损失拖累 香格里拉首季净利跌26%

（吉隆坡18日讯）香格里拉（Shangri-La Hotels (M) Bhd）首季净利跌25.96%至1893万令吉，或每股4.3仙，上财年同期为2557万令吉，或每股5.81仙。
截至3月杪首季营业额则扬12.1%至1亿3527万令吉，同期是1亿2066万令吉。
这家连锁酒店业者今日向大马交易所公布，上述业绩主要反映由于美元汇率疲弱，导致其向缅甸子公司提供的美元贷款，出现总值919万令吉未实现净外汇损失的负面影响。
不计外汇损失，香格里拉表示，首季净利将从同期的2091万令吉，增34%至2812万令吉，主要由沙巴和槟城度假村营运业绩改善所推动，并有助于抵销吉隆坡香格里拉酒店和槟城 Hotel Jen的贡献降低。
展望未来，香格里拉指出，酒店业务能够得益于休闲旅游的良好势头，尽管企业市场需求放缓。
至于产业投资，该集团表示，UBN Tower可能出现相对稳健的表现，因为吉隆坡的主要办公楼租赁市场预计在年内保持稳定。
然而，香格里拉称，UBN公寓的前景将保持疲弱，因市场环境困难。

香格里拉每股派息3仙
2016年8月23日
（吉隆坡23日訊）香格里拉（SHANG，5517，主要板旅店）截至6月底次季，淨利按年揚1.9%至1611萬令吉，營業額增1.85%至1.12億令吉，並宣佈每股派息3仙。
香格里拉向馬證交所報備，截至6月底首半財年，營業額按年揚7.2%至2.47億令吉，但淨利因外匯損失下跌15%至3504萬令吉。
香格里拉解釋，美元表現疲軟，導致集團向緬甸聯號公司發出的美元貸款蒙受匯率虧損，未兌現淨外匯損失達615萬令吉，若不計入這筆匯率虧損，集團實質因沙巴及檳城度假屋表現不俗，而淨賺4119萬令吉，按年揚17%。【中国报财经】

香格里拉第3季少赚28%

（吉隆坡10日讯）香格里拉（SHANG，5517，主板酒店股）截止9月30日财年第三季，净利跌28.38%，报2988万4000令吉，或每股赚6.79仙。
文告指出，当季营业额，从上财年同季的1亿3609万9000令吉，按年微增4.53%，达1亿4226万6000令吉。
累计9个月，香格里拉营业额则按年增长6.22%，报3亿8909万7000令吉；净利按年下跌21.88%，达6492万2000令吉 。
文告说，首三季合计净利下跌，主要是美元走弱，以美元贷款给缅甸的联营公司受到影响。
香格里拉预测商务旅行持续疲软，但休闲市场趋势表现良好的势头，有助度假村进一步扩展。【e南洋】

香格里拉末季净利挫69%
（吉隆坡28日讯）由于旗下酒店装修，导致香格里拉（SHANG，5517，主板旅店组）截至2016年12月31日末季净利猛挫69.26%，报1432万1000令吉，全年净利为7924万3000令吉，跌38.9%。
派息11仙
该集团末季录得1亿1946万2000令吉营收，下滑10.82%，全年计为5亿零855万9000令吉，微增1.66%。
董事部建议派发每股11仙股息，6月2日除权、6日享有。
根据文告，该公司全年净利下跌，可归咎于3大原因——缅甸联营公司旗下的投资产业因公允价值重估亏损、较低的外汇兑现及吉隆坡市中心旅店及槟城今旅店因维修，而收入削减。

香格里拉首季净利微涨2.5%

（吉隆坡18日讯）香格里拉（SHANG，5517，主板酒店股）截至3月31日首季，净利扬2.5%，达1940万3000令吉；惟营业额跌3.8%，报1亿3013万6000令吉。
香格里拉向交易所报备，当季营业额下挫，是因为吉隆坡香格里拉酒店和槟城今旅酒店（Hotel Jen Penang）展开装修，而导致收入减少。
净利微扬，主要是因为贷款给联号公司的未实现外汇亏损显著减少。
不仅如此，税务开销和持股率减少，均有助于抵消上述两家酒店和缅甸联号公司的疲弱表现。
文告称，吉隆坡香格里拉的营业额萎缩10%，仅写4036万6000令吉，归咎于餐饮、宴会厅、会场和餐馆，在今年首两个月因整修而关闭。
该酒店税前盈利673万6000令吉，年挫34%；首季入住率则为70%。
未来，香格里拉旗下的酒店业务，仍将从休闲旅游和企业需求复苏中受惠。
而新装潢的设备也将捎来贡献。
UBN Tower 5租户续约
同时，该公司宣布，子公司UBN Tower私人有限公司，已在周四更新5份租约，将每平方尺的租金调涨5.50令吉，为期三年。
根据文告，上述是5家公司在UBN Tower租借办公楼的租约，已在4月1日起生效。
另外，去年8月25日，该公司也与 Southern Marina发展私人有限公司签约，每月租金定在2万3120令吉，相等于是每平方尺6.80令吉，为期两年。【e南洋】
