Main Duties of theJobholder :

• Teaching and learning
• To design, develop and deliver     a range of  programmes of study (sometimes for entirely new     courses) at various levels.
• To review course content and     materials on a regular basis, updating when required.
• To develop and apply innovative     and appropriate teaching techniques and materials that create     interest, understanding and enthusiasm amongst students.
• To transfer knowledge including     practical skills, methods and techniques.
• To ensure that course design     and delivery comply with the quality standards and regulations of the     university and department.
• To challenge thinking, foster     debate and develop the ability of students to engage in critical     discourse and rational thinking.
• To supervise student projects,     field trips and, where appropriate, placements
• To set, mark and assess work     and examinations and provide feedback to students.
• To ensure that the teaching     content and methods of delivery are in accordance with equal     opportunities, and respond to issues relating to staff and student needs.

·        InformDepartment for Human Resources as and when members of divisions did not performtheir duty assigned accordingly.

·        Conductevents & scholarships for students.

·        Participatein School Fairs as and when required by Management to gain latest markettrends.

·        Participatein Public Fairs as and when required by Management to gain latest markettrends.

·        Negotiatewith school counsellors, corporate clients, feeder school’s owner, agents(stake holders) for collaboration as and when new stake holders are discoveredby the division members.

The PA to the Senior Management Team will provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer and Registrar, and in due course, other members of the senior management team.  The role has the opportunity of growing into the Office Manager as the campus and staff numbers grow.  You will have over five years' experience of supporting senior managers in a similar role, of setting up effective administrative processes such as electronic filing systems, of building and maintaining professional relationships with a wide variety of visitors and staff, and have strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
